Supply, fixing and installation of Invertor type split AC [Indoor and Out door units] of capacity 2.0TR with in-built ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality, with R-410A and minimum 5 star energy rating and EER 3.2, fixed with and including out door stand/brackets, copper condenser tubes, drain pipe, including drilling holes and making good the disturbed surface, with cordless remote control unit and testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Circuit / Sub main wiring with two runs of 4.0Sqmm PVC FRLSH insulated copper conductor cable, single core multi stranded 1100Volt along with one run of 4.0Sqmm as earth wire, drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit of suitable size (minimum 25mm dia), concealed /surface type, medium grade as per IS 9537 (Part 1-1983) with conduit accessories, including taking down old submain wiring of any type, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Two runs of cable, one run of earth wire and one run of conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and not exceeding 1.5m deep in hard/dense soil, for foundation etc., or for laying of cable/ GI Pipe, shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc., complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil, as in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

M&L for Dry & clean river sand cushioning in two layers, first layers of 80mm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 150mm thick after laying of cable, levelled and punned down to a depth of 100mm above the top of the upper-most cable, for cable protection in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

M&L for Un-reinforced Precast Cement Concrete Cable Covers, Class LV, Type - 1 flat, size 250mm X 150mm X 40mm in trenches for cable protection, embossed with "ELECTRIC" on the top surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F CPVC pipe 15mm bore dia, SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings for Hot/cold water including all fittings like elbow, Tee, Union etc with Brass thread fixed with solvents as per manufacturer's instructions, fixed to wall using GI saddles, complete all as specified.

S&F Bib tap for 15mm bore pipe, cast copper alloy fancy type with chromium plated finish with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of AC whole current, Three phase, 4 wire, tamper proof, Smart Energy Meters with prepaid and postpaid facility, 415 Volts, 50 HZ, 10-60 Amps; with plug and play type and field swappable communication module; with LED/LCD Data display; manufactured confirming to IS 16444 & with BIS identification mark on Name Plate, with sealing arrangement as per relevant IS; with standard sealing material as required at site, with and including taking down existing u/s energy meters and depositing to AGE E/M Store yard, complete all as specified. S&F Electric water heater, storage type, SS body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW, capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection pieces and along with inlet & outlet hot water connecting pipes, with and including taking down existing u/s water heater and depositing to AGE E/M Store yard, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on old painted surfaces of metering panel both exterior & interior surfaces, including preparation of old surfaces, by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, complete all as specified.

M&L for IN REPAIR Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead 4mm GI wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I, including excavation / earth work in any strata, adequate quantity of charcoal and common salt, PCC chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40mm thick cover slab with 8mm dia TMT bars @150mm c/c in bothways, suitable handle and angle iron frame of suitable size to fix the cover, with 20mm bore GI pipe light grade for watering with funnel, wire mesh and 15mm bore GI pipe medium grade for GI wire protection and 4mm GI earth wire, including testing after completion, complete all as specified and directed.
