Removing the excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as directed.

S&F GI tubing medium grade 50mm dia in floor/ trenches /walls with all fittings including taking out the existing un serviceable corroded galvanised iron tubing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-1. Excavation & earthwork will be measured and paid seperatly under respective item of schedule. 2. MS clamps , nuts, bolts & washers etc are included in the rates quoted.

S & F CPVC pipe of presssure rating SDR 11, 20 mm dia laid in trenches,floor/wall/roof with all fittings complete including taking out the existing unserviceable pipes all as specified and as directed.

Servicing of Submersible motor pump of set of 5 HP to 10 HP by dismantling and strip opening the motor including disconnecting the cable connections and coupling of the motor, removing the starter and rotor units, bearings, servicing the motor assembly including cleaning the carbon deposits with carbon tetra chloride, greasing the bearings etc, heat varnishing the motor windings by applying varnish and keeping the windings into the hot air oven till the mositure evoporates completely at authorized workshop and refixing the same after repairs including connecting up of the electric connections including testing and commissioning to achieve the required water discharge as per manufacturer recommendation complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Rates for transportation of pump sets to workshop and back to site shall be deemed to inclusive in the quoted unit rates. (ii) Spares and rewinding / heat varnishing for the motor will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for development of tube / bore well with air compressor of suitable capacity till sand / mud free water of portable quality is obtained and to achieve minimum discharge capacity of 3600LPH / max yeild complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Compressor with acessaries & tubes etc shall be arranged by the contractor and deemed to be included with the quoted rate.

Supply only ball valve for GI/ CPVC pipe 25mm dia including taking down the old unserviceable ones complete all as speciifed and as directed.

Taking out existing U/S corroded GI Union socket and S&F New GI union socket 50 mm dia including leak testing etc all as specified & as directed.

All as per Item Sl No: 11 here in before but 25/20 mm dia

M & L for cutting the existing GI raising mains 50mm dia and inserting Tee 50mm x 50mm size including provision of short pieces , unions, socket , threading , jointing, leak testing etc all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel in joists , channel , angle or tee sections as in main and cross beams of Fe 410-W grade steel for ladders for U/G sumps & O/H tanks including cutting , welding ,grinding sharp corners etc all as directed including taking down existing corroded MS sections. Note :- The quoted rates are inclusive of unloading , fabrication work at site, reducing to required shape & size ,hoisting , fixing etc including prepration of new untreated surfaces and painting of with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of black paint all as required at site including taking down the old UNSV ones complete all as directed.

M&L for Cleaning of UG sewage Sump of capacity 6.0 Lakh Ltrs by draining out water,removing the silt / mud and any other foreign materials from bottom of well using vehicle KAMBI 6 LCN mounted with compressor and sucker tank of M/s Kam-avida enviro Engineers Pvt Ltd Pune or similar model vehicle & washing down with water for smooth functioning of sewage pipe lines,disinfection with Bleaching powder etc , applying one coat of white wash for the entire surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including taking out joints, hacking for key , scrubing down with water, etc, and disposing of debris outside the MD land complete all as speified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound liquid all as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as directed. Note : (i) Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevent items of thisschedule (ii) Bldg where repairs are to be carried out are G + 4. Necessary formwork / scafolding charge shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Material and labour for PU injection Grouting by chipping of the loose /dead concrete including preparing the surface by removing the dust and laitance , etc. drilling a hole of 110-125mm, fixing a nozzle and injecting a single component elastic polyurethane resin and fixing the same with packerers. The rate deemed to be any type of tools & plant of tackles equipment of leakage treatement. Testing and commissioning of sewage sump/water sump/overhead tank leakage after completion fo leak proof injecting treatment all as speicfied and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for painting of CI/GI pipe line of any size, preparation of surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing old paint and finally forming the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and painting of two coat of black paint all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs MCCB 250 Amps 35 KA 4 Pole Thermal magnetic release trip unit 415 Volt AC, 50 Hz , including connecting up incoming/ out going cables with suitable lugs and testing complete all as specfied and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs MCCB 200 Amps 36 KA 4 Pole Thermal magnetic release trip unit 415 Volt AC, 50 Hz, including connecting up incoming/ out going cables with suitable lugs and testing complete all as specfied and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs MCCB 100 Amps 25 KA 3 Pole Thermal magnetic release trip unit 415 Volt AC, 50 Hz, including connecting up incoming/ out going cables with suitable lugs and testing complete all as specfied and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs MCCB, 4 pole, 415 Volts, 125 Amps, 25 KA, 50 Hz, AC including connecting up incoming/ out going cables with suitable lugs and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Non Return Valve (NRV), flanged type of heavy duty wafer type , 250 mm dia including taking down the old UNSV one complete.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of electrical panels/cable tray/ladders etc of any description over 10cm in width or girth and spray painting of one coat of synthetic enamel paint of exisitng shade and sign writing the description as directed.

Supply and lay in replacement , rubber mat 25 mm thick as approved by Engr in charge, size as per site all as speicified and directed.

Supply and replacement of 3mm plain electrical insulation safety floor mattings of specific kind of rubber and non-conductive flooring options for operators working on live equipment as approved by Engr in charge size as per site all as speicified and directed.

M & L for repair and servicing of any type of U/S Fountains thread Curtain, Fountain pumpimg with suitable submersible pump including LED light as focussed . Complete repair of any type of Fountain length, shape of the fountain -semi circular/ circular / half semi circular the fountain height, including suitable frame work structure including foundation for fountain, pump connected between top and bottom of receiving sump, top & Bottom of the fountain’s SS pipe line need to be covered with SS sheeting for elevation including receiving sump area tiling as per requirement all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part - I, including necessary excavation and earth work, P.C.C (1:3:6) type C-I with 50 mm thick Pre-cast R.C.C. (1:2:4) type B-I cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar), including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (light grade), wire mesh, aluminium lugs, complete in all respect, GI earth strip protected by 40 mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or Earthing test point as directed, including necessary earth work and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- GI earth strip and protection pipe beyond 7.5 mtr will be measured and paid separately. (Note : 1. If the desired earth resistance is not found earthing shall be re-done by the Contractor at no extra cost paid by Dept.)

Taking out U/S sluice valve and S&F CI sluice valve, PN-1.6, ISI marked flanged at both ends, and drilled suitable for 100mm dia pipe, including jointing material like 3mm thick rubber gasket, bolts, nut, etc complete all as specified.

All as per ser item No. 41 here-in –before but suitable for 80mm dia pipe.

Fabricate, supply install, testing and commissioning for outdoor type LT Bus bar Chamber Box of size 600 x 600 x 400 mm from any CPRI certfied validated panel manufacturers IP 54 with powder coated made out of 3 mm CRCA sheet steel front and rear opening facility with panel locks on top and bottom, pad locking arrangement in the centre with pad locks - 02 Nos (front and rear), Supply & fixing earthing strip 32 x 6 mm - 02 continuity along with provn of connected nut & bolt arrangement on body of panel, four side slanting cannopy on roof top, suitable Size MS base Channel Stand Frame of size ISMC 100 mmX50 mm and thickness not less than 5 mm and placed on proper PCC foundation and PCC staging of height not less than 0.6 mtr on both sides of bus bar chamber bottom in and including TPN Aluminium Bus bar of 400 Amps Capacity for looping and bas bar chamber placed on proper insulators with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof, danger sign board, lettering and marking complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement starter for Submersible motor pump of capacity 5 to 10 HP as per existing starter at site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for construction of PCC block walling valve pit of size 600mm x 600mm x 600mm (internal dimension) with precast cement concrete block of PCC 1:3:6 type-C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on internal and exposed external surfaces with and incl 40 x 40 x 6 mm mild steel angle iron frame and 3 mm thick MS sheet cover with locking arrangement and 1 No 50 mm size 4 lever lock with key in duplicate of make : Navtal or equivalent, incl painting to steel and iron surfaces with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specifiled and shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L in replacement of copper flat cable of size 6 sqmm 3 core for Submirsable Motor pump of capacity 5 to 10 HP.
