Schedule 'A' Part - XII : Design, Supply and erection of Pre-Engineered building steel structure for Training shed of size 21m x 10m and 3.2m height (inner dimension) with Trapezoidal profile pre-painted Galvalume sheet 0.50mm thick, RCC M-25 Design mix foundation, anchor bolt in the base and bed plates, PCC floor and underlayers, solid block masonry in side walls upto 1m height including dwarf wall and plinth beam, excavation in rocky areas (blasting prohibited), plastering in cement mortar, plinth protection, Epoxy coated paints to structural steel surface. etc complete all as specified and as shown on drawings. Note: (i) PCC floor and underlayers as specified in schedule of finishes are deemed to be included in the quoted Lumpsum.

Schedule 'A' Part - XIII : Fittings, Fixtures & Misc items: INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and fix 15mm bore angle cock cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated for PPR pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 15 mm bore two way bib tap cast copper alloy chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down , screwed to PPR/ galvanised iron pipe providing aerated flow of water, complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode of size 40 mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 meter length, buried directly in ground in bore 350 mm dia vertically to a depth not less 3.2 meter below ground level with top edge of the pipe not less than 60 cm below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means with bolts, nuts check nuts and washers protected by Gl light grade pipe of size 15 mm dia and connecting up with the DB as the case may be upto a maximum distance of 7.5m away from the earth electrode including test point junction, excavation, earthwork, PCC Chamber, RCC Cover(Yellow painted) with handle , watering pipe 20mm dia GI Medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, Charcoal dust , salt, Mild steel Earth marker with earthing result, date all as per plate no.2 of SSR 1991 and etc. complete in all respects all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Note:- Boring charges are included in the above quoted rates.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing Submersible Pump Set 5 HP (3.75KW) capacity, 3 phase, 415 Volts 50 Hz, Head 100Mtrs, Discharge 100 LPM, 2900 RPM complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing Monoblock Pump Set 5HP 415 Volt 3 Phase , 50 Hz Discharge 600 LPM, 3000 RPM and Delivery Size 80mmx8mm size including provision of PCC 1:3:6 using 40mm graded aggregate for base and suitable Bed bolt nut and washers and provn of necessary electric supply from panel board to Pumpset complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply laying and testing submersible cable, flat, PVC insulated (heavy duty) with copper conductor,1100 volts grade of size 3 core 4 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Valve reflux with bypass Arrangements 50mm (2") dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of valve pit chamber of size 1000mm x 1000 mm x 1000 mm (internal size) with 3.15 mm thick MS sheet cover and angle iron 40mmx40mmx6 mm thick fame embedded in 15 cm thick PCC coping with locking arrangement with two coats of synthetic enamel with internal external surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, returning filling in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 75 mm thick as in foundation/floor brick work (one brick thick) in cement mortars (1:4) PCC 1:2:4 type C1 in copping, Plastering in CM 1:4 and 75 mm thick hard core below foundation etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation and Testing of 12.5M High mast shaft in two sections suitable for 47 m/sec wind speed as per IS 875 part 3, with head frame, winch mounting bracket, luminaries carriage suitable to install 06 nos luminaries in symmetrical arrangement. The Raising and Lowering system shall be of 2 Continues Rope system without any intermediate compensating disc with double drum winch. The wire rope shall be of minimum 6mm Stainless Steel of grade AISI 316, 3 mm section thickness, top dia 150 mm, bottom dia 340/360 mm, with Stainless steel (AISI 316) 2/3 wire rope system, PCD - Pitch Circle Dia - 445 mm, Integral power tool motor, manual handle, Junction box including Construction of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete for the high mast and foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 150W LED Flood light fitting complete with driver and necessary accessories as required to mount on the Lantern carriage. Housing material of the flood light should be of Matt Grey polyster powder coated pressure Die-cast aluminium housing, with heat resistant toughened clear glass fitted with SS screws. The system lumen output should not be less than 120 lumens /watt. Fixture should be suitable for a input voltage range of 120 V to 270 V with input power supply of 230 V AC. Supply, Install and Testing of outdoor (3.15 mm Thick) stand mounted feeder pillar with 16A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 16A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 6A contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 10 sqmm and out going 2.5 sqmm terminals complete all as specified and as directed.
