S&F Pressed steel frames made of MS sheet of 1.20 mm thickness for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, hold fast etc., complete all as specified, size of frame 105 x 60mm and incl cutting holes and making good reqd shape for hold fast block for new frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F false ceiling of 12.5 mm thick gypsum board over and including concealed grid system complete fixed in all respect and all as per manufacturer's instructions in one/two/three levels and making recess for light fittings as per pattern/design approved by GE and including supply and fixing of items all as specified as below:- (i) Suspended Plain Ceiling includes Perimeter Channel (Material-GI(IS513), YS 260Mpa, Finish-Galvanished 150GSM(IS27) fixed along with perimeter of existing wall/partition with the help of HILTIHPS-1 (6x40) impact anchor, at 600mm centres. (ii) Ceiling Angle (Material-GI(IS513), YS-260Mpa, Finish-Galvanished 150GSM(IS277) is suspened by fixing it to the Gyproc_ soffit cleat (GI (IS513) YS-260Mpa, Finish-Galvanished 150GSM(IS277), Soft Cleat and Gyproc-- Rawl Plug-08x45mm (Material-IS 513 CR2 grade, Zinc coating (7 to 8 microns) pull out load-6.8kN for M30 concrete grade) creating 1220mm x 1220mm grid. (iii) Intermediate channel (Material-GI(IS513), YS-260Mpa, Finish-Galvanished 150GSM(IS277) is fixed to the Ceiling Angle with M6 x 12mm Hex Bolt & Hex Nut arrangement (Material-As per EN 10083 Finish- Zinc Plating) or with 2 Nos of 04.2x13 Gyproc metal to metal screw (Material-Carbon steel EN-ISO 7049/50 Finish. Zinc Coating Thickness- 4.14micron.) (iv) Ceiling Section (Material -GI(IS513),YS-260Mpa, Finish-Galvanished 150GSM (IS277) is then fixed to the Intermediate Channel (Material-GI (IS513), YS-260Mpa, Finish-Galvanished 150 GSM (IS277) with the help of Gyproc Connecting Clip (Material-High carbon spring steel wire (BS 970Gr.En42)-46-48 HRC, Finish-Zinc plating 4-6 micron) and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457 mm c/c. (v) Single layer of 12.5mm tapered edge plain (conforming to IS 2095-Part 1:2011, ISI Certified board) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws (Material-Carbon steel EN-ISO 7049/50, Finish-Case hardened Grey Phosphating) at 230mm centres on ceiling section & 150mm at periphery of ceiling. vi) Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Pro-Fill Jointing compound (COnforms to ASTM C475), Gyproc Joint Paper tape.

S&F in repair galvanised MS wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples all as specified and as directed

Repair & painting to existing Steel Hangar Door of size 50 Mtr x 18 Mtr with following steps:- (a) Cleaning of grass and dust sides of door track and welded if necessary any where. (b) Jacketing and strengthing of door by machnical mean to aoid any ancident if necessary. (c) Greasing and oiling as required and track, nut bolt and roller and make good for serviceable complete all as specified and as directed. (d) Applying two coats of synathetic eanmel paint include preparation of existing surface complete all aspecified and as directed. Note : (i) All machinery and equipment required for reapair are included in quoated rate. (ii) Any gap below railing after strenghtning of door shall be filled with PCC 1;2:4 type B1 if required

S&F Sheet glass 4mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty, glazing clips and beadings in squares/ rectangular in shape n.exc 0.5sq.m in each pane etc. complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 7 but for frame size of 125 x 60mm

S&F powder coated 50 microns extruded aluminium glazing/ doors & shutters made out of section 63.5x38.10x1.29mm for chowkats or frame & shutters made of size 44.45x44.45x1.29mm for side rails and middle rail, 114.3X44.45X1.29mm for top rails and bottom rails and including 12mm thick High Density Fibre Board pre-laminated on both sides (water proof) below & above middle/lock rail and to be fixed with and including EPDM gasket to render the glazing, air and water tight etc. & aluminium beads 20mm size with and complete all as specified and directed including supply and fixing the following items: (a) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Butt Hinges 150mm - 3 nos per leaf. (b) Powder Coated Aluminium Tower Bolt 200mm long - 2 nos per leaf (c) Powder Coated Aluminium Handles 150 mm - 2 nos per leaf

S&F 35mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) klin seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as specified including stainless steel 304 Grade wire cloth (wire dia 0.22mm) any applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer and also taking down unserviceable shutter including supply and fixing the following items:- (a) Stainless steel (304 Grade) Finished Butt Hinge 150mm-4 Nos per leaf (b) Stainless steel (304 Grade) Finished Tower Bolt 200mm long-2 Nos per leaf (c) Stainless steel (304 Grade) Finished Handle 200mm- 2 Nos per leaf (d) Stainless steel (304 Grade) Finished Sliding door bolt/Aldrop 16x300mm-1 Nos per leaf (e) 200mm long MS rat tail pattern springs incl roller and roller plate-1 Nos per leaf

S&F factory made aluminium 50 micron powder coated grill, opening size 101.6 X 63.5 mm (4"X2½") and of approx weight @ 1.345 Kg/sq.m complete fixed in position in windows in all respect as specified

Providing and fixing factory made extruded aluminium ventilators with 50 micron powder coating of frame of 63.5 X 38.10 X 1.29 mm including 5mm thick frosted glass in lower 55% portion of shutters and stainless steel wire gauge 0.36mm dia and 1.40 aperture in upper 45% portion of shutter and to be fixed with and including EPDM gasket to render the glazing, air and water tight etc. & aluminium beeds 20mm size with and complete fixed in all respect as specified. Make (Aluminium Sections) : Jindal/Valco/Galco/Hindalco or equivalent as approved by AO

M&L for preparing new wood & wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for (a) applying acrylic 3mm hick wall care putty on internal wall surfaces for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting complete all as specified and directed. Notes : The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order. (b) M&L for applying 02 coats of interior acrylic emulsion paint (light shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat for interior emulsion of same brands of emulsion etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made flush shutters 35mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides with 6mm thick lipping frame to match including supply and fixing following items : (a) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Butt Hinges 150mm - 4 Nos per leaf (b) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Tower Bolt 200mm long - 2 Nos per leaf (c) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Handles 200 mm - 2 Nos per leaf (d) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Sliding Door Bolt/Aldrop 16 x 300mm - 1 No per leaf (e) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Floor Door Stooper - 1 No per leaf

M&L for Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, any description and any position, including removal of damaged GI/Aluminium/wooden grids, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete wall/ vertical surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including necessary taking down cement/ cement-lime plaster etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Taking down Chowkats or frames exc 1.5 Sq.M but n.exc 4.0 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frame)

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exc 0.5Sqm in each pane including necessary hacking out old glasses ect complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made extruded aluminium casement windows with 50 micron powder coating doubled panelled and double shutters consisting of frame and mullion of 101.60 X 44.45 X 1.29 mm and shutters made of 63.5 X 31.75 X 1.29mm and to be fixed with and including EPDM gasket to render the glazing, air and water tight etc. & aluminium beeds 20mm size with and including 5mm thick glass in front shutters and stainless steel wire gauge 0.36mm dia and 1.40 aperature in inner shutters complete fixed in all respect as specified including supply and fixing following items :- (a) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Butt Hinges 150mm - 2 Nos per leaf. (b) Powder Coated Aluminium Tower Bolt 150mm long - 2 Nos per leaf. (c) Powder Coated Aluminium Handles 150 mm - 1 Nos per leaf.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in holdfast blocks and frames back filling all as specified & directed

S&F Bird proofing nettting made of Anti bird net UV black in colour, made of material Polyolefin all weather proof co-polymer of machine knotting using CNC machines with DSLS technology for anti slip knotting, heat setting should be steam set for greater dimensional stability and knot firmness, and diameter of the twine is 1mm and the size of mesh 25x25mm (+-2mm) of square mesh and should achieve twine breaking stench of 16kgf min, MBS (Mesh breaking strength) 12 Kgf and KBS (Knot breaking strength) 22 Kgf min fixed complete all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.
