INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply and fix 15mm two way bib tap. Brass chromium plated, fancy type , with crutch or butterfly handle, suitable for CPVC pipe complete al as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Material and labour for point wiring complete all as specified with 1100 Volts grade 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor conforming to IS:694:1990 with ISI marking (for Phase, Neutral and Earthing) in and including non metallic PVC rigid conduit medium grade of size minimum 19mm dia with all accessories concealed in wall / ceiling including continuous earth wire 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed 1100 Volts multistranded copper conductor connected to common earth dolly including factory made modular 1mm thick metal flush boxes concealed in walls and modular white plate covers for mounting of modular switches/sockets/fan regulators etc complete all as specified for the following :

One light/ ceiling fan/ exhaust fan point controlled by one modular switch.

One three pin modular switch socket 5/6 amps outlet on independent board.

One three pin modular switch socket 5/6 amps outlet on same board.

One light point controlled by two 5/6 amps 2 way modular switches.

Supply and fix LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type, wall mounted LED batten (581x25x35mm) powder coated white extruded aluminium housing with integrated electronic driver holder and LED lamp all as per Cat No. ENDURALINEAR NEOBS10WLED865SPCWH of Havells or technocommercially equivalent of other specified makes including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix slim surface mounted round 12W light fitting LED panel, aluminium die cast body with premiun diffuser to ensure glare free & even distribution of light, 220v, AC, 6000 K Luminaire, including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix 2ft x 2ft Surface mounted LED Luminaire, 36 Watts with white powder coated CRCA housing with LEDs surface luminaire to enhance the delight of occupants with front frame with classic design & glare free soft illumination flat white high transmission acrylic cover complete with all accessories as per Cat No : PLANOSUR2X2 PLS36WLED857S0720 of Havells or techno commercial equivalent of other specified makes including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix flame proof exhaust fan of size 300mm sweep made of steel body complete with louvers, shutter, 230V, 50Hz, 1200 RPM, with copper winding connecting upto including provision of three core flexible copper cable wire of size 23/0.0076 of required length from ceiling rose or connector to ceiling fan etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix telephone socket modular type, RJ11 with shutter, 1 module complete all as specified and as directed

ROAD

Supply and Fix road studs (cat eye) two way reflective type, made out of ABS Engineering plastic, dynamically designed having high impact strength, fitted with 2 Nos. highly reflective reflectors on both sides, fixed with epoxy on bituminous /concrete surfaces as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5mm thick of white, golden, yellow or black colour not exceeding 10cm width as required and confirming to BS 3262-1989 including reflectorising glass bead @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm as per IRC:35(1997) and as per Clause 803 of MORTH specification with special applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser propane tank heater and profile shoe heater with heating arrangement up to 160°C, driven by experienced operator all as per manufacturers' instruction etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Supply and laying 150mm internal dia double walled corrugated HDPE SN-8 pipes confirming to IS:14930 Part-2/IS:16025 Par-24, including all necessary specials, cutting and jointing all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Construction of valve chamber of size 900 x 900 mm (Internal size) 900 mm deep for 150mm dia sluice valve with 200mm thick PCC block masonary walls built in CM 1:4 over 100 mm thick foundation concrete in PCC 1:4:8 type D2, (Using 40 mm graded coarse aggregate) with 100 mm off set, 15mm thick complete internal plaster and external plaster up to a depth of 15 cm below GL in CM (1:6), 3 mm thick MS sheet cover, double door welded to 40 mm x 40 mm x 6mm MS angle frame fixed with hold fasts in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 coping 50 mm thick in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 20mm x 6mm flat iron hinges with locking arrangement including lock 65mm, brass and keys (Godrej/Shell), MS handles and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to all steel surfaces including excavation & earth work in any type of soil /soft disintegrated rock and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr complete all as specified and directed

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply, fix, connecting and testing MCCB, Four pole, 63 Amps, 415 Volts, with breaking capacity 16KA, (lcs=50%lcu) with fixed TM setting, conforming to IEC 60947-II, suitable for isolation, fixed overload and fixed short circuit settings all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix Hot press moulded SMC Junction box of size 200 mm x 180 mm x 105 mm with right openable hinged door connected to pole by means of clamps of MS flat iron 25 x 4 mm with bolts and nuts and including 4 way connector 415 Volts made out of polycarbonate or bakelite and one MCB SP upto 6A, 10 KA for ON/OFF street light, fixed on pole Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Cable route indicator, oval shaped 200mm x150mmx6mm cast iron precast with engraving "LT MES CABLE" embedded in 1:3:6 PCC type C1 including necessary excavation and removal of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix heat shrinkable LT straight through joint for 2 core 10Sqmm XLPE cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the existing street light fitting and steel tubular pole of 9 meters height with any damage and shifting it to new location for re-erecting by excavation upto the depth of 3.0Mtr in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil minimum distance of 50 mtr, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 with 40mm graded stone aggregate, laying of new cable of size 2 core 10 Sqmm - 20 Rm and jointing the same with LT straight through joint to the existing cable and refixing the street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

COOLING APPLIANCE

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, Single Phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170Volts to 250Volts with output voltage stabilized at 230Volts with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of 1KVA capacity complete all as specified and as directed

EARTHING

Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x 6mm buried directly in the ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 Mtr below the ground level with the top edge of earth plate, depth not less than 1.5 Mtr below the ground level connected to GI earth wire 4 mm size by means of bolts, nuts and washers protected by GI tubing light grade 15 mm dia up to Test point 20 mm dia watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm stone aggregates chamber 40 mm thick RCC cover slab (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I including earth work in any type of soil ,removal of surplus soil and providing charcoal dust & salt layers all around the earth plate upto 15 cm all as required specified & directed by engr in charge Note :- The rate is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of earth work, excavation on any type soil and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 Mtrs, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for earth pit, cover slab 6 Nos 6mm dia CTD bar on both direction, earth lead protection GI pipe medium grade with suitable size from earth plate electrode to main switch, GI wire length up to 7.50M will be measured as one unit)
