M&L for RCC (Nominal mix), 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, and mass cement concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete as specified.

Description all as per item no 5 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides of soffit (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work vertical or batter, for rough finished surface all as specified and directed.

M & L for framed work such as grill, gratings, etc with ends of bars shoulderedand /or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work corn-conforming to Fe.290. Gde -E-165,Extra for portations framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts etc and oramental and intricate design complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Structural steel works as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A, Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting new steel surfaces of any description incl preparation, priming with red oxide zinc and two coats of synthetic enamel paint, width or girth over 10cm, not otherwise described, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling , including Hangers of 6mm dia G.I ( upto 1200mm length adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified .

M & L for Surface excavation n.exc(not exc) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft loose soil

M & L for sand filling as in pathway in layers n. exc 30cm thick, including watering and consolidation as directed

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment laid over and including machine compacted sand cushion all as specified and directed. etc complete. Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar , incl all quions, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre cast cement concrete block masonry with solid block exc 10 cm thk in width (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) complete, in walls and set in cement mortar 1:6 of PCC 1:3:6 (Type C1) all as specified and as directed.

M & L Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

M & L for two coats of cement based paint on newly plastered cement painted walls, pillasters, cornices, etc., including necessary preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

S & F Aluminium Composite Panel EX-1 Grade of Aludecor Make or equivalent in ALSTONE/EUROBOND as approved by GE for overall 4mm thick aluminium composite panel for external wall cladding the panel consisting of 3mm thick thermoplastic core of sandwich between" TRUE GAUGE"2 skins of 0.5mm thick aluminium sheet making a total panel thickness (0.5mm+3.00mm+0.5mm) 4mm thickness aluminium composite panel materials with two coats of metallic finish of approved colour with KYNAR 500 based coatings on top sides. PVDF coating 25 to 32 microns thickness with 10 years guarantee. The PVDF coating shall confirm to specification of ECCA /AMMA and conforming to mechanical properties of panel as per detailed technical specification using main frame of vertical and horizontals made out specially designed extruded 38 x 38 x 2mm thick "L" aluminium sections & 50 x 25 x 1.5 mm aluminium tube section with tray system to withstand wind pressure of 150 Kg /Sqm and fabricated fixed at all levels. Elevation and heights. Extruded section shall be of 6063 alloy or BSH9 confirming to IS-63400. Rate shall include to fix the main frame into masonry wall /RCC concrete surface with necessary items fixed in anti corrosive resistant 50 x 50 x 3mm thick MS Angle. CI coated anchor fasteners, galvanized bolt nuts and washer screws and aluminium rivets and other hardware’s materials and using Dow Corning weather sealant 789 and 12mm thick backer rod to ensure water and air tightness complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for stainless steel letter including LED Backlighting, arrow of size of height exc 250mm and n.exc 300 mm of sectional area not less 900 Sqmm, fixed to any surface including necessary fixing arrangements with chemical /adhesive including screwing with stainless steel screws etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Circular Logo including LED Backlight of diameter 1m with Required design & fixed over ACP surfaces with required fittings, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 etc complete all as spewcified and as directed.

S&F Stainless sleel lettering for camp area name size (8 inch high, 4inch wide) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc.to a distance 5 km or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in between floors and beams built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, mud stops, benching, water tank platform etc.on roof, chajja weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc. including necessary form work complete as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick cement mortar in 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smoothe without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of new surface/undecorated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint of approved tint over a coat of priming on plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified

S&F for angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barded wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mmmm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of strandard rails straning bolts, incl, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel, wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured separately).

Supply and Fix zinc coated concertina coil of thickness 2.50 mm of core wire and 0.5 mm thick cold rolled carbon strip (dia approx 610 mm that covering 6 mtr length and 50 spirals) having weight not less than 8.00 Kg per coil all as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc to a distance of 5km, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for taking up / laying under ground electric cable including taking out old bricks from trenches and separating serviceable bricks and set aside for reuse complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well rammming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying riddled earth soil conformed IS-1255, cushioning to cables with a layer of riddle earth soil 15cm deep before laying the cable and 8 cm depth after laying of cable, complete all as specified.

M&L for brick protection cover on cable with sub class 'B' brick laid dry flat adjacent to each other complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing, light grade, 32 mm bore with all fitting lais in trenches / pole / wall for protection of cables in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations for electric poles, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised, steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable, (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade, with stranded aluminium conductor of size 4 core x 10 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sub main wiring complete with two runs of 2 x 6 sqmm FRLS grade PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100Volt grade multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit and accessories in recessed / surface of wall, roofs etc with one run of PVC insulated copper conductor 1x 6 Sqmm single core as earth continuity conductor connected with earth dolly and mains complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for LED high bay light fitting of 80 Watt LED Highbay with tapered fin design and excellent thermal management along with LED IP66 luminaire with high efficacy , complete with LED lamp, fixed surger on suitable eye bolt clamp made to shape including necessary nut and bolt, including any alteration to fixed the new fittings complete with two coats of anti corrosive aluminium paint for eye bolt clamp complete and fixing at the height of upto 10 mtr in hangar ceiling all as specified and directed.

M&L for post top lantern from position by disconnecting the electrical connection carefully and replacement with New generation, post-top of 40 Watts, 240V, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution, spun aluminium landscape luminaire with high power LEDs as light source including making all necessary wiring, provn of suitable fitments and connecting upto control box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB DB double door 8 way SPN with suitable 200 amps bus bar including cable / wires proper connection, the cable / wires with suitable size lugs complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MCB SPN 32 Amps, 'C' series, 240 V complete incl making conections all as specified and directed.
