Provision of trenchless bore using mechanical numatic drilling equipment for passing electric cables through HDPE pipe of 100mm dia under the existing bituminous/WBM road/PCC hard standings, depth range not less than 1.0 mtr and upto 1.5mtr and making good to the distrubed surfaces of road to match with its existing specifications all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge at site. Note : 1. Quoted rates deems to be inclusing of necessary earth work, transportation charges of Drilling machine, and cost of HDPE pipe and passing pipe through bore complete. 2. Any damage to MES assets caused during trenchless bore shall be recitfied by the contractor at his own cost.

Material & labour for decarbonising of LT panel board of any size/ capacity made out of thermoplastic-polycarbonate boxes with IP-65 protection by taking shut down of panel & strip opening of boxes carefully, cleaning the carbon content with CTC solution, replacement of embedded polyurethane gasket,replacement of pitted control wiring, thimbles ,replacement of nuts, bolts ,washers, cable glands/ PVC gromates, cable lugs, tightening the busbar chamber, dismantling the broken/ defective boxes, inspection of Ammeters/ Voltmeters/ Multifunction meters re-assembling after replacement of new boxes, testing & commissioning,INCLUDING painting with a coat of synthetic enamel spray painting all as per existing colour complete all as directed. M&L for dismantling the cable connections of four pole/ three pole Air circuit breaker of capacity 630 to 800 Amps ,415 V 50 HZ of L&T Make/C&S/GE/ABB make, strip opening the Air circuit breaker, inspecting the parts for serviceability/overhauling complete and carrying out the following repairs/maintenance :- a) Cleaning the insulation parts including bushings with CTC solution.b) Checking the alignment and condition of movable and stationary contacts and adjust them all as per manufacturer's instructional manual c) Check the bolts, nuts, washers, cotter pins and all terminal connections are in place and tights. Replace the worn-out parts.d) Check arc chutes for damage .e) Clean and lubricate the operating mechanism with a light machine oil for pins and bearings and with a non-hardening grease for the wearing surfaces . Adjust breaker operating mechanism all as per manufacturer's instructional manual . f) Checking / inspecting shunt trip coil for serviceability and replacing the same if required. g) Checking control device free for operation.j) Check after servicing the circuit breaker to verify the contacts move to the fully opened and fully closed positions, that there is an absence of friction and that the electrical operation is functional Note : The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of T&P and minor spares like lubricants, nuts/bolts/washers/ pins etc. Major spares like Shunt release & trip coil etc will be measured & paid separately under relevant schedule items

S&F single side painted flex glow sign board of 1.80X1.00X0.25 Mtrs size fabricated with 20mm mild steel square hollow pipe frame work, front side and back side covered with Aluminium sheet side openable type including writing latter diagram, photoghraphy and making design covering the front surface as directed by Engr-in -Charge including providing 2X20 Watt LED tube light inside sign board for glow with necessary electrical connection. Glow sign board shall be standed at 1.2 mtrs above ground level by means of 40X40X5mm thick MS angle iron post duly embeded in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 foundation block of size 300X300X450mm depth, painting to iron members complete all as directed.

Electrically dicconnection of transformer any capacity & KVA installed in any description , Shifting of transformer from one place to another place by means of Hydra /Crane or other transport etc to a distance not more than 5 Km in side ASC Centre primises , placing in/over platform/foundation of Transformer , making necessary electrical installation & testing on completion to the satisfaction of Engineerr-in-Charge complete all as directed.
