M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8), Type D-2, using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate as in foundation, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type B0 [1:2:4] using 12.50mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in copings, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, finished plain fair faces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering to concrete surfaces, 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint with and including preparation of newly plastered surfaces, all as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6), Type C-2, using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate as in post holes, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.)including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel round bars of 10mm dia and over, conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing, including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long, dia of neck 5 to 10mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel Flats for screwing chain link fencing with and including securing bolts & screws etc., conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, cut to length, bent to shape required, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete solid block masonary type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10 cm width and setting in CM 1:6, with and including demolition of existing brick work of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (oil paint) on old decorated wall surface including preparation of old plastered surfaces, by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (oil paint) over a coat of primer on old decorated wall surface including complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old plastered surfaces, by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in CM 1:6 finished even and fair without using extra cement, with and including taking down existing cement plaster of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 as in ceiling surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, with and including taking down existing cement plaster of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick Rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two layers as 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 followed by 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, with and including taking down existing cement plaster of any description, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Supply of WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for applying two or more coats of cement based wall care putty and preparation for obtaining smooth surface and applying two coats of interior emulsion paint over a coat of primer on walls including preparation of newly plastered surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old walls with wire brush, scrapping down smoke soot, mould, moss and efflorescent salts, oils & greasy spots etc., and applying two or more coats of cement based wall care putty and preparation for obtaining smooth surface and applying two coats of interior emulsion paint over a coat of primer on walls including preparation of old wall surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion (as per existing colour / shade) with and including preparing old distempered surfaces of wall, by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of ceilings, complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old ceiling with wire brush, scrapping down smoke soot, mould, moss and efflorescent salts, oils & greasy spots etc., and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of white wash on old decorated ceiling surface including preparation of old plastered surfaces, by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces of wood or wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth and width and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth and width and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified.

M&L for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm with and including preparation of old surfaces of any description, all as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound. Make: Pidilite Industries Ltd Taloja / FOSROC / Dr Fixit / Asian paints

M&L for water proofing treatment including complete removal of old roof treatment, removal of debris out side MD land and applying new roof treatment consisting of following:- (a) Dismantling existing MP tile roof treatment with cement screed, preparation of roof surface by brushing with a neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/SqM and applying 10mm thick plaster with cement mortar (1:3) mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement. (b) Preparation of roof surface thoroughly cleaning by using wire brush [Mechanical / hand brush] to make it free from any loose particle, dirt / dust, etc. and applying one coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.20 Lit per sq.m. (c) Providing Atactic polypropylene polymeric modified prefabricated water proofing membrane five layered reinforced with non woven polyester matt of minimum 3mm thick weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm shall be laid using butane torch application over entire roof surface with over laps of 100mm in both the directions. (d) Ponding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In -Charge. (e) Finally roof shall be finished with two coats of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm for each coat. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.
