Material and labour for repair, servicing of DC battery charger battery bank of capacity 200AH, 110V/30 Amps FCBD with DCDB taking out all doors covers from front and rear. Servicing comprising of thorough cleaning of complete inside cabinet with forced air and suitable cleaning agent, removing all dust/dirt, cleaning and servicing of all HRC fuses, battery input fuses, semiconductor fuses, AC input circuit breaker, DC output circuit breaker, all types of meter, indicator lamps, AC and DC over load circuit breaker, MCBs, PCBs, busbars, switchgears, all cable terminals with CTC and clean dry cloth, cleaning of outside surface and dry cloth, tightening of all nuts, bolts & washers. Repair comprising of replacement of burnt copper cable lugs, burnt switchgear, non-functional battry charger meters, non-functional indicator lamps, damaged panel metering wirings, nonfunctional selector switches, damaged panel door/cover knobs & door locks, damaged door hinges and testing of battery chargers as follows at verious sub stations all as specified and directed.

Note : Material shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. (a) Insulation resistance test. (b) High voltage test (c) Perfomance test d) Indications, Alarms & potential free contacts test.

Disconneting and taking down old damaged lead acid batteries from various sub-stations and supply & fix new maintenance free (VRLA) 2Volts, 200AH, batteries united/ fixed together with copper strips by series connection to make a battery bank of 110 V with initial charging and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Make : Amara Raja or equivalent. Note : Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for providing necessary battery connection links and control wiring from charger to HT panels.
