M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Grating square 150 mm size of PTMT (Minimum weight 100gms) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC SWR 'S' trap including jointing with solvant cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PVC (SWR)'P trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Demolition of PCC block built in cement mortar in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new wall surface & applying two coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Mix type C2 as in plinth protection and in path surface to be finished without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old surface of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down moss and efflorescent salt etc and applying one coat of arcylic exterior emulsion antifungal paint all as directed.

Supplying and laying of CPVC of 32mm pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed.

SCH A PART III-PROVISION OF CERTAIN MISC WKS IN ARMOURY AT CGDHQ 3 NEW MANGALORE(B/R PART) M & L 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:6 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

SCH A PART III-PROVISION OF CERTAIN MISC WKS IN ARMOURY AT CGDHQ 3 NEW MANGALORE(E/M PART) M & L one light/one fan point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable in and including PVC caping casing medium duty adequate size for one light of fan point controlled by one switch on white plate 3mm thick, MS/CI sunken box including PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor continuous earth wire and modular type switches complete all as specified and directed.
