M&L for applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint on wall surfaces (white shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats to ceiling surfaces over & including a coat of interior primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint on wall surfaces (light shade) @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections /cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Premium (1st) quality digitally printed straight edge, punched, glazed ceramic rectangle tile in approved shade and finish with flexural strength greater than 16 N/mm2, scratch hardness on Morh’s Scale minimum 3 and crazing resistance of 2 cycles in coloured tiles 600 X 300 mm and 8-9 mm thick, in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed. M&L for granite machine cut as in shelves/ steps/ cills /jambs /skirting/dado/cladding/border only in tile flooring and the like works and flooring etc, 15-16 mm thick including bull-nose the exposed sides/lengths, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including backing coat of 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab for fixing on concrete surfaces or with suitable adhesive for fixing on un-polished kota stone slabs including rubbing, cutting and mirror type granite polishing and including dismantling/demolition complete all as specified and directed. Note : Single piece should be used in steps /cills/jambs /shelves.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring of size 580 x 580 mm each & 18-20 mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry including border of 100mm wide baroda green/white mable as per pattern approved over & including screed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type granite polishing complete all as specified.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab as in skirting of 18-20 mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including backing coat of 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type polishing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Sheet glass 4mm thick of selected quality and glazing with oil putty in squares n exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane including preparing and hacking out of broken glass complete all as specified and directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust ,loose paint etc by skilled labour and applying waterproof cement based putty @ 300 Gm (undiluted) per Sqm of average thickness 1 mm over the putty surface with mechanical wall sander having mechanical vacuum mechanism with RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface free from dust and applying two coats of interior acrylic emulsion paint over one coat of interior wall primer using airless spray technology with max two working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying acrylic emulsion should be able to spray in hard to reach area and penetration of acrylic emulsion on the surface etc. by skilled labour as per following steps complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.50 kg putty per minute. (b) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. (c ) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring or inserting roof sheets into wall surface and further to do PCC Kerbs (PCC kerb/coping/coving will be measured and paid separately under respective items) and making good , cutting n exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling/removal of old membrane, geotextile etc materials of any description and removal material out of MOD land/sites complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete wall surfaces mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions for chajjas/parapet, walls etc surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for applying three coats of brush bond acrylic based cementitious material of approved quality (Dr. Fixit- Pidifin 2K or Brushbond RFX of Fosroc India (P) Ltd. or equivalent) for sunken portion treatment and chajja portion all as per manufacturer instruction and providing 150micron thick polythene film over bitumen primer @ 0.5 kg /Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (a) Works to be carried out in OTM accn (high rise bldgs) such as hangars, towers, RCC over head reservoirs etc at heights up to 20 mtrs (b) Contractor has to follow all saffety norms issued by GOI for working labourers and also arrange all necessary scaffoldings, cranes/hoopers, suspended movable platforms, rope ladders as the case may be and the rate shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (c) Any damage to the existing bird proofing nets, wire mesh and ceiling inside hangar and any other buildings during the execution of work shall be repaired by the contractor as directed by Engr in Charge. No extra claim on this account will be entertained by the department.
