Dismantling/taking out existing textile covering including frames (if any) or hessain base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing the dismantled debris to a distance exc 200m & n.exc 250m. all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for providing 15mm thick rendering over roof slab in Cement Mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for water proofing treatment by applying oil bound bitumen primer, having a density of 0.87 - 0.89 Kg/lit, @ 0.40 ltrs/Sqm, providing and laying APP modified water proofing membrane weighting not les than 3.50 Kg/Sqm of approved make including minimum 10 cm side lap and 15 cm end lap, laid and pasted with blue flame torching applications and finally finishing with two coats of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1.Kg/Sqm all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of water proofing coating system by applying shalicryl-215 of STP Ltd/Rain coat 601 of DR fixit /Barrier coat of Araldite over a coat of respective primer including preparation of newly/old plaster surface by complete removal of existing treatment including filling of crack with respective crack filler all as per manufacturers instructions all as directed .

Supply only Integral Water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain or corrugated steel sheets of any thickness in roofing all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pre- painted Galvalume Aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation) or insulation boards /slab /blankets of any description and thickness including frame/grid of any description all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for Anodised Aluminium snap grid (minimum 15 microns anodisation) of size 605 x 605 mm with anodized aluminum angle of size 40mm x 25mm x 2mm thick weighing 0.36 Kg per running meter and anodized aluminum main and cross T of size 36.50 x 23.50 x 1.50 mm thick weighing 0.254 Kg per running meter and 23.50 x 23.50 x 1.50 mm thick weighing 0.202 Kg per running meter respectively for false ceiling all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for PVC insulation panels of 10mm thickness with EPS stuck to 1mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium/G.I./M.S. as per specification and drawing in ceiling fixed with screws on snap grid all as per manufacturer instructions.

Material and Labour for perforated particle board/ tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes of size 60x60cms, 12mm thick fixed with staples on snap grid in ceiling all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces of wall/ceiling and likes including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc any description including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted by the Contractor is deemed to be included necessary scafolding and form works.

Supply and fix Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conf to Fe-410-w or E-250 quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing Aluminium/Copper/GI strip any size, repairing & straightening the same, welding or brazing whwrever required, making holes by drilling for fixing nut & bolt as required and refixing the same along with support insulators of same size at a distance as directed and fixing screws with proper drill machine etc for roof and down conductor complete all as specified and as directed. Note :(i) Insulator will be measured and paid in respective items as supply only. (ii) Arrangement for working at heighted Bldg to be carriedout by the contractor and rate for this is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply and fixing of Aluminium strip of size 25 x 4 mm and fixing screws, nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground alongwith carrying out welding, brazing. cutting and joining work wherever required as per the site requirement all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Copper strip 20 x 3 mm and fixing screws, nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground alongwith carrying out welding, brazing. cutting and joining work wherever required as per the site requirement all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or roof of the building or side walls of the building or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required but 32x6mm galvanised iron strip.

Supply and fixing of old unserviceable Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long alongwith all the fixing arrangements as required at site incl connecting the same with the continuity earth strip all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and Fixing PCC blocks of size 400x200x150 mm situated on roof of IGLOO/Magazine or any other indicated building complete as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and fixing of nuts and bolts with Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut of length 5 cm to 10 cm and a diameter ranging from 16 to 20 mm as required at site all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and Fixing epoxy electrical insulators used for insulating the GI/Copper strip lightening arrester and Earthing strip from the ground by fixing the insulator to already existing PCC block or as required at the site complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in Charge.

Testing of lightening conductor earth resistance by using earth tester in presence of Depot user representative and MES representative and record the reading in user register & MES register respectively and duly countersigned by OC of users & AGE E/M complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The contractor should bring the earth resistance tester on his own for testing. The above quoted rate includes the cost of renting earth resistance tester and labor for the work.

Supply and fix in repair test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75 mm x 75 mm x 25 mm, drilled and screwed including 03 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws including taking down existing damaged unserviceable block complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC rectangular block of size 100 x 100 mm and 50 mm deep thickness not less than 3.00 mm to accommodate test terminal block 75x75x25mm including taking down existing damaged unserviceable box complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earth pit outer size 450mm x 450mm x 450mm in heigth & inner size 300mm x 300mm x 300mm in height with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and one number suitable size RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 100 mm c/c both ways including excavation returning filling etc complete all as specified and directed (Note :- Unit rate shall also include for excavation / earthwork in hard/dense soil)

Material and labour in repair for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60xcmx3.15mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below the normal ground level connected to copper earth strip 20x3mm size as earth lead by means of copper bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, protected by GI pipe medium grade 32mm bore all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earth test point electrode, PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade etc and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- The unit rate shall also include for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 100 mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade, GI protection pipe medium grade 32mm bore and wire mesh and adequate quantity of charcole and salt complete. Note No 2 :- Rate of copper earthing strip and GI protection pipe up to 7.5 m shall be included in unit quoted rate of this item
