Supply and fixing in replacement of Multifunction meter digital type suitable for displaying Voltage, Current, Power factor, Frequency and other relevant parameters of three phase four wire 415 Volts system prewired, operates on 230/415 Volts Auxiliary supply having accuracy class-1 including making provision for mounting in existing LT Panel and taking down existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Voltmeter Digital Type suitable for displaying Single phase/Three phase Voltage of three phase four wire 415 Volts system with selector switch prewired, operates on 230/415 Volts Auxiliary supply having accuracy class-1 including making provision for mounting in existing LT Panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Ammeter Digital Type suitable for displaying Single phase/Three phase Current of three phase four wire 415 Volts system with selector switch prewired, operates on 230/415 Volts Auxiliary supply having accuracy class-1 including three nos CT's of appropriate ratio and making provision for mounting in existing LT Panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement RYB indicator lamps set of three with mounting provision on existing panel board complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for repairing of LT Panel by fixing broken hinges welding , greasing , internal MCCB/Bus bar cubicle 10nOs repairing , tightining of earthing including new hinges , locks welding /brazing , greasing including if reqd for complete LT Panel off up to size 1.7x1.2x0.4mtr Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for fixing in repair locking arrangement of external doors of LT Panel by providing proper lock proper lock mechanism , including replacement of lock if reqd at site Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Preparaton of old surfaces for painting of existing LT Panel/feeder pillar size up to 1.7x1.2x0.4mtr by peeling existing paint layer and dust , cleaning of surface , and applying to coats of sytnhetic enamel paint of colour as decided over one coat of red oxide primer on all outdoor of LT panel including inner side of gates complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement LT Panel board outdoor type fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA Sheet steel factory made vermin proof duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer or powder coated, double door, water proof dust and vermin proof hinged and lockable doors inlcuding rain protection cover on top and complete with interconnections, with copper wires, tapes, opening from both sides with cable entry from bottom, with cable alley and bus bar chamber, bonding to earth and painting, including angle iron frame of size minimum 40x40x6mm having 4 legs 0.60 mtr long including grouting in PCC 1:4:8, to the reqd depth all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers made out of GI/steel earth strip protected by GI light grade pipe of 40 mm dia and connecting to main panel board/switch board/control board all shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt I incl PCC chambers in 1:2:4 and RCC cover slab with 8mm dia MS bars reinforced at 10 cm center to center both ways incl earth work like excavation, returning filling back disposal etc complete.

Supply and errect swaged steel tubular poles, 9 meter long complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws and complete with all accessories etc including excavation removal and filling in PCC 1:4:8 in foundation and 1:3:6 in coping outside and painting with stove enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide, marking no of pole and stripes at bottom of color as decided complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for GI bracket for street light fittings 32mm dia 1.2Mtr length including D/C clamps for PCC/Steel pole round or square nut bolt and washers etc and painiting of bracket and clamps all as specifiedf and directed by Engr in Charge

Material & Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, mass concrete for road crossing etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type D2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, mass concrete for road crossing etc.,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, mass concrete for road crossing etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M in depth for laying of UG cables and LT Panel board foundation etc and getting out.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in any type of soil.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point all as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches for bricks of u/g cable with coarse sand laid dry in trenches with uniform thickness.

Supply and lay burnt bricks of sub class 'B' laid dry across in trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium sonductor of size 10 Sqmm x 2 core including taking down unserviceable UG cable Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
