Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in forming channel, benching inside manholes (1/2 or 3/4 section) in manholes and as in coping including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished channel or drain of 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred stopped ends etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab for manholes set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking,bending,hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats with shutter not exceeding 1.5 sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ aneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down plaster in wall built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work, mixed with water proofing compound, trowelled to even and fair finish without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured seperately.
