SCHEDULE A PART VI-MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS(This schedule is not prepriced by MES) INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY S & F VTPN DB - Dobule Door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet flushed in wall, TPN 8 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar, 415 volt with PVC MCB blanking plate, stove enamelled for incorporated of MCBs, insulators and MCCB of capacity upto 125 Amps TP/FP etc, complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge

Supply and fixing MCCB FP 415 Volts 100 Amps, 25 KA complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep with BLDC electric motor having star rated service wire 6.0 cubic meter per minute /watt, single phase Each with operating voltage range 140 to 285 volts BEE 5 star rated including mounting arrangement, 3 core flexible copper conductor cable up to ceiling rose, down rod suitable size length etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

AIR CONDITIONING Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designated for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of +- 2.5% and capacity 5 KVA Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply, installation, testing and commisioning factory made, CPRI Approved LT panel board outdoor type, of size not less than 900x900x600mm powder coated made of thick CRCA sheet, weather and vermin proof with double stud hinged door front and back open with internally locking arrangement and externally locking arrangement with drop bolt, shutter type windows at both sides of top and bottom duly internally secured with wire mesh, GI earthing strip stud at both bottom side removable gland plate with compartmentalised cubical with 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet front opened double stud hinged door, all switch gears and changeover swith suitable to accomadate comprising of the following:- Incoming (i) MCCB 250 Amps, 25KA, 415 Volt, 50HZ, 4P with adjustable thermal setting based release-1 No (ii) Digital Volt meter flush type with selector switch-01 set. Supply, install, test and commission step down transformer, outdoor type, plinth mounted HT 11 KV, 3 phase 433 volts, 4 wire, 50 Hz, delta/star connected, vector group DYN -11 double copper wound, ONAN, manual type off load tap changing facility on HT side to vary secondary voltage from minus 7.5% to plus 7.5% in steps of 2.5 %, continuous rating of capacity 160 KVA incl bushing on HT end cable box on LT side. The transformer shall be complete with all standard fittings and accessories, gauges, first fill of transformer oil, etc, and conforming to level 3 of IS 1180 : 2014, BEE certified, duly mounted on 1.2 mtr high plinth and all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing LED street light fitting to be mounted on pole/bracket of minimum 50 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, corrosion resistant including optics for scattering light complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Thermoplastic, weather proof, corrosion free, insulated and shock proof, High impact strength, flame retardant and self extinguishing, junction box with provision of 06 Amp MCB for controling with suitable for terminating cable for 6Sqmm/10 Sqmm/16 Sqmm including necessary cable gland and check nut Size of M32 (incoming and out going cbles) and mounting bracket clamp suitable size as per site with nut bolt washer complete all as specified and directed.

DG SET Supply and install commissioning and testing Factory assembled silent Diesel Engine driven generating set, fully wired alternator AC to give an output of 200 KVA continuously rating at a PF of 0.8 lagging, 415 volts AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 HZ+/- 1% supply, 1500 RPM, confirming to IS 10002 , ISO -3046, BS 5514 standard , including sutaible height cover the metal sheet shead of rain protection, complete with relay panel and switch gear for automatic starting on main fauilure , Disele Engine will comply with present CPCB -IV norms . The diesel Engine will comprise following :- (a) Dry type air cleaner (b) Exhaust silencer suitable for canopy (c) Expansion bellow (d) Lube Oil cooler (e) lube Oil filter (f) Fuel Filters (g) Radiators with pusher type fan and mounting (h) In-line mono block fuel injection pump (j) Mechanical governer and fuel feed pump (k) Flywheel with starer ring and bvell housing suitable for close coupling (l) 12 Volt electric starter motor (m) Micorprocessor based KG64 Controller mounted on the Controller Panel (n) Protection system for Low lube oil presssure and High water temprature. (o) 12/24 battery of sutaible for DG set (p) MCCB 4 Pole of capacity 315A adjustable type -02 Nos Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Alternator :-alternator suitable for 200 KVA for contionious operation rated at 1500 RPM 415 Volt , 0.08 PF 50Hz 3 Phase in SPDP enclosure self exicited & slf regulated , Brush less , floor mounted with Ball or bearings on ends shields. The alternator confirms to IS: 4722 , BS EN 60034-1 & will be suitable for tropical condition C
