The aluminum framework is supported from the ceiling including hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long all as specified

Providing & Fixing factory made 100% Solid WPC ( Wood Polymer Composite ) - Door Frame 90mm x 45 mm ( Moulded ) Single Rebated made from Wood Polymer Composite ( Single Extruded Process ) material comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K Value 57-60 ( Suspension Grade ), Calcium Carbonate and Natural Fibers ( Wood Powder/ Rice Husk/ Wheat Husk ) and Non toxic additives fabricated with meter Joints after applying PVC solvent Cement & screwed with full body treaded star headed screws having minimum frame density of 850 kg/ cbm & manufactured by "SMP-IMPEX" an ISO 9001 - 2015 Certified Company, having good screw holding capacity of Min. 990 N), Minimum Compressive Strength of 58 N/mm2, Modulus of elasticity 900N/mm2 with property of being termite / borer proof , water / Moisture Proof & Fixed in position with SS Dash Fasteners / Hold Fast of required dia and length, , all as per specifications drawings as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing WPC cup board shutter/ patitions of thickness 18 mm ( ±0.25 ) consisting of desired size fixed to WPC frame work as in shutters and shelves of cabinets, cupboards fixed in repairs all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs 25mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sidesone face is covered with deco rative face veneer with lipping /frame to match

Supply and fixing in repair Factory Made 30 mm thick 100% Solid WPC ( Wood polymer Composite ) Laminated / Plain Flush Door Shutter of required size comprising of virgin PVC resin of K Value 57-60 ( Suspension Grade ), Calcium Carbonate and natural fibers ( Wood Powders/ rice husk/ wheat husk ) and Non toxic additives, made from Extrusion process WPC sheet Single Extruded ( Inner ) with having minimum density not less than 650 kg/cbm manufactured by an ISO 9001 - 2015 Certified Company, having good screw holding capacity ( Screw Withdrawal strength of 2000 N ( Face ) & 1100 N ( Edge ), Minimum compressive strength of 50 N/mm2, Modulus of elasticity 850N/mm2 with Property of being Termite/ Borer Free, Water/ Moisture Proof & fixing stainless Steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS Screws. All as per direction of Engineer -In-Charge,

S&F auto concealed hydraulic stainless steel spider/butterfly hinges suitable for cupboards complete all as directed.

S&F 100mm size handles of stainless steel fixed with screws complete all as specified.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Granite 18 to 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms, urinal partitions and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl rounding edges complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (premium quality) 450x350 or 350x250 x6-7mm thick coloured on vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match , including 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1 :4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectagular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sq m but not exceeding 0.18 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1 :6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction anti termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction anti termite treatment along the external/internal wall and juction below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and directed.
