Supply, Installing, testing and Commissing of Diesal engine driven generating set 62.5 KVA, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 415 volt, 1500 RPM, 50 HZ power supply with power factor 0.8, coupled directly to alternator mounted on a comman base plate complete with integral acoustic enclosures having salient features sauch as modular bolted construction with fabrication on imported CNC torrent punch machines, nine tank treatment process with pure polyester based powder coating to ensure long life in all weather conditions and for out door application / installation, intergrated design thereby facilitating / easy handing installation & shifting of the equipment at site. The design of integral acoustic enclosure should be of the type approved by national physical laboratory as per central pollution control-board (CPCB) latest norms/ regulation) with fuel tank of capacity 150 Litres, battery, Retrofit pollution control device and standred accessories and PCC foundation (acoustic enclosure also 30 CM above GL) as recommended by manufacturer, vibration pad, sand cushioning around PCC foundation, tools and spares, as provided by manufacturer all as specified and as directed with the following specification:-

(A) ENGINE - Water-cooled diesal engine of 4 Cylinder, Minimum 83 BHP capacity under NTP conditions with provision of 10 % over load for 1 hour in every 12 hours running confirming to IS 6514. The engine shall consist of the following:- (i) Fly Wheel (ii) Flexible coupling with guard (iii) Cooling fan (iv) Raditor with guard and water pump engine (v) Dynamo of suitable capacity (vi) Air cleaner heavy duty dry (vii) Fuel injection pump (viii) Precision governor (mechanical type) (ix) Fuel filter (Mounted) (x) Lubricating oil filters (mounted) (xi) 12 V self regulating alternator belt driven by engine (xii) Exhaust silencer heavy duty residantial type (xiii) Corrosion resister / scale inhibitor (xiv) Starter 12 V DC (xv) Lubricating oil cooler (xvi) Lubricating oil Pump (Gear type) (xvii) Turbo Charger

(B) INSTRUMENT PANEL :- Panel will be provided with followings (I) Auto / manual starting switch with key (ii) lubricating oil temperature gauge (iii) lubricating oil pressure gauge (iv) Water temperature gauge (v) battery charging ammeter (vi) Battery charging indicating lamp (vii) House meter with RPM indicator (viii) Safty control against high tempreture of water (ix) Safty control against low lubricating oil pressure (x) over speed stop with double driven adaptor (C)

(C) BRUSLESS ALTERNATOR (i) Alternator coupled to engine through a flexible coupling to an indigenous alternator mounted on strong steel fabricated baseframe suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation,brush less alternator shall be confirming to BS - 2613 or relevant IS - 4722. (ii) Type:Self- excited self regulated with autometic voltage regulator (iii) Rating:- 62.5 KVA at 0.8 PF lagging 4 Pole horizontal at NTP (iv)1500 RPM (v) System - 415 V + AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 HZ (vi) Connection - 4 wire star connected (vii) Enclosure - Screen projected drip proof (viii) ventilation - Self Ventilated (ix) Insulation - Insulation class H

(D) AMF PANEL : AMF control panel factory made,Outdoor type,Double door,3.15 mm thickness sheet with DG Set complete with external wiring of suitable size copper conductor cable and cable glands for external connection and comprising of following:- (i) Main incoming MCCB,100 Amps,16 KA, 4 pole,415 volt - 2 No (ii) Panel mounted, flush type, 96 x 96 mm size, Digital volt meter 0- 500 Vwith selector switch - 01 No (iii) Contactor ,Industrial Type,100 Amps AC3,120 Amps AC1,415 V with thermal overload relays (iv) Panel mounted, flush type, 96 x 96 mm size, Digital Ammeter meter,with selector switch CT of ratio 200 / 5 - 01 No (v) Frequency metre digital type - 01 No (vi) HRC type instruments fuse - 03 Nos (vii) Signal lamp for DG set on off indication - 01 No (viii) Copper bus bar of cap as per manufacturers specification (ix) Circuit diagramed plate. Supply ,installation and commissioning Submersible pump,7.5 HP,Water cooled, electric driven 415 V, TP suitable for 100 mm dia bore well,IP68 Protection,outlet pipe size 38 mm ,No of stages minimum 40,Head-208 meter,Discharge -60 LPM P68 Protection,Noryl impellor,stainless steel shaft,all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600mm x600mmx 6mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth wire 4 mm dia connected to earth plate electrode by means with bolts, nuts check nuts and washers protected by Gl light grade pipe of size 15 mm dia and connecting up with the street light poles as the case may be upto a maximum distance of 7.5m away from the earth electrode including test point junction, excavation, earthwork, PCC Chamber, RCC Cover(Yellow painted) with handle , watering pipe 20mm dia GI Medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, Charcoal dust-80 Kg ,Salt-80 Kg ,Mild steel Earth marker with earthing result ,date all as per plate no.2 of SSR 1991 and as directed.

Supply, installation and commissioning Monoblock Pumping set, Centifugal type, 7.5 HP, three phase, IP55 Protection, bronze impellor, stainless steel shaft, mechanical sealing, suction pipe size 65 mm dia, delivery pipe size 50 mm dia, head - 24 to 42 Meters, discharge 8.6 LPS to 4.5 LPS with PCC foundation, all as specified and directed.

Supply ,installation and commissioning Monoblock Pumping set,Centifugal type,5 HP ,three phase, IP55 Protection, bronze impellor, stainless steel shaft, mechanical sealing, suction pipe size 65 mm dia, delivery pipe size 50 mm dia, head - 6 to 40 Meters, discharge 9 LPS to 4 LPS with PCC Foundation, all as specified.

Supply and fix Starter, direct on line suitable for 7.5 HP, Relay range 20-32 Amps, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Starter, Direct on line suitable for 5 HP, Relay range 9-15 Amps all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Star delta starter suitable for 15 HP ,relay range 13-22 Amps,fully automatic all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying High density polyethylene pipes(HDPE) of 32 mm dia pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Submersible flat cable 3 Core 2.5 Sqmm,PVC insulated and sheathed all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix air cooled split unit air conditioner ,Invertor type,electric driven single phase of capacity of 1.5 TR, BEE 5 star rated including Remote , AC Stand ,copper piping with Insulation upto 10 Mtr Lengh all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix air cooled split unit air conditioner, Invertor type, electric driven single phase of capacity of 2 TR, BEE 5 star rated including Remote , AC Stand ,copper piping with Insulation upto 10 Mtr Lengh all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix refrigerator, electric driven (single phase), capacity 310 Litres, double door,BEE 2 star rated all as specified and directed.

M&L Submain Wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with FRLS , PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface with two Nos of 4 Sqmm and one No of 4 Sqmm earth wire with PVC Conduit 25 mm dia all as specified and directed. (NOTE - 2 Nos of 4 Sqmm and one No of 4 Sqmm earth including PVC Conduit 25 mm dia shall be measured as one unit)

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosures with socket, plug top including MCB SP capacity 20 Amps,concealed in wall all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosures with socket, plug top including MCB SP capacity 10 Amps, concealed in wall all as specified and directed.

Taking up Submersible pump set any capacity and deposited to MES Store yard all as specified and directed.

Taking Down DG set 62.5 KVA, AMF Panel and deposited to MES Store Yard all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable LT Cable of any size all as specified and directed.

Taking down AC 1.5 TR/2 TR including all accessories and deposit to MES Store yard all as specified and directed.
