S&F first class hardwood as in chowkats Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, all as specified and directed.

S&F 40mm thick first class hard wood plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers, all as specified and directed.

S&F 125mm Butt hinges, extruded brass, with mild steel hinge pin, bright polished and fixed, type B-11, all as specified and directed.

S&F of brass barrel tower bolt of length 200mm of extruded section, complete all as specified and directed

S&F of brass, sliding door bolt 300 mm long with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheets , cast or extracted section and fixing bolt and sliding bolts of extracted section complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of extruded brass handle of size 150mm cast type, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium (Die cast) body door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight 61 to 80 kg and fixed all, as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement and fixing of chicken wire gauge where directed complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC and chicken wire gauge will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for 10mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 3mm thick ready made wall care putty in two layers(1.5 mm thick each) on internall surfaces of walls/ceillings and each layer be finishe smooth by sand papering, all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of All weather exterior paint as per recommendation of manufacturer over one coat of exterior weather primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of acylic emulsion paint roller/brush to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer as per recommendation of manufacutrer using mechanical spraying method, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F false ceiling 12.5 mm thick(minimum) gypsum board over and including concealed grid system complete fixed in all respect and all as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed including followings :- (i) Suspended Plain Ceiling includes Perimeter Channel (Material-GI(IS513), YS 260Mpa, Finish-Galvanished 150GSM(IS27) is fixed along with perimeter of existing wall/partition with the help of HILTIHPS-1 (6x40) impact anchor, at 600mm centres. (ii) Ceiling Angle (Material-GI(IS513), YS-260Mpa, Finish-Galvanished 150GSM(IS277) is suspened by fixing it to the Gyproc_ soffit cleat (GI (IS513) YS-260Mpa, Finish-Galvanished 150GSM(IS277). Soft Cleat and Gyproc-- Rawl Plug-08x45mm (Material-IS 513 CR2 grade, Zinc coating (7 to 8 microns) pull out load-6.8kN for M30 concrete grade) creating 1220mm x 1220mm grid. (iii) Intermediate channel (Material-GI(IS513), YS-260Mpa, Finish-Galvanished 150GSM(IS277) is fixed to the Ceiling Angle with M6 x 12mm Hex Bolt & Hex Nut arrangement (Material-As per EN 10083 Finish- Zinc Plating) or with 2 Nos of 04.2x13 Gyproc metal to metal screw (Material-Carbon steel EN-ISO 7049/50 Finish. Zinc Coating Thickness- 4.14micron.)

(iv) Ceiling Section (Material -GI(IS513),YS-260Mpa, Finish-Galvanished 150GSM (IS277) is then fixed to the Intermediate Channel (Material-GI (IS513), YS-260Mpa, Finish-Galvanished 150 GSM (IS277) with the help of Gyproc Connecting Clip (Material-High carbon spring steel wire (BS 970Gr.En42)-46-48 HRC, Finish-Zinc plating 4-6 micron) and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457 mm c/c. (v) Single layer of 12.5mm tapered edge plain (conforming to IS 2095-Part 1:2011, ISI Certified board) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws (Material-Carbon steel EN-ISO 7049/50, Finish-Case hardened Grey Phosphating) at 230mm centres on ceiling section & 150mm at periphery of ceiling. (vi) Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Pro-Fill Jointing compound (COnforms to ASTM C475), Gyproc Joint Paper tape.

M&L for sadarahalli stone tiles 20mm thick(minimum) machine cut bedded of size 600X600mm and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone including grinding and polishing completes in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and jointed in white or coloured cement to match & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) over 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1, 20 mm graded aggregate and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick(minimum) of size 600X600mm, machine cut with miror polished, as in vertical surfaces, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing completes in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and jointed in white or coloured cement to match & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Cortex tiles wall panelling made up of "Wood Fibre cement composite" 1mm thick with wood fibre 25mm thick covered with Acoustically Transparent Woven Fabric on the front side, widh an option of colors of size 600x1200mm 1 NRC (for the base panel) as per ISO 354 Fiber Rating as per BSA 476 Part 5,6 and 7 class 1&P water resistant thermal insulated. Installed with PVC H Profile on GI studs 600mmx600mm center to center 2400x50mm web thickness 0.5mm, flanges 15 & 50mm fully knurled giving it high strength hot dripped galavanised steel with 120GSM zink coating with a backing of 50mm 1000GSM thick absorb wool tested as per Fire Retardant IS 15061-2002, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or grith, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L textured exterior paint to new plastered surfaces with Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm over a coat of primer exterior grade applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm, shade as approved by GE, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the unserviceable aluminium point wiring (light, fan,socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, sockets, switch sockets combination, ceiling roses, pendent regulators, bell bush, calling bell etc and making good distrubed surfaces of walls and floors etc.

Taking down existing old unserviceable submain wiring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with copper conductor drawn in and incl with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including suitable size Non metalic regid PVC conduit and all conduit accessories (concealed) and including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable FRLS as earth continuity conductor fabricated branded Modular Metal concealed in walls with suitable Modular plate with outer cover with suitable screws for housing switches socket outlets fan regulators, light point controlled by switch etc. all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 25 but for One socket outlet 5 Amps 3 pin on same board.

M&L for point wiring complete with 3 run of 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated heavy duty FRLS, unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia and conduit accessories concealed/fixed to walls/roofs/floors/ceiling etc., and connected to common earth dolly for 20 Amps Metal clad socket, all as specified and as directed.

S&F modular switch single pole one way 16 Amps 1 module, 230 volts, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F only Modular type stepped type electronic fan regulator, 120 Watt, 2 Module 230 Volts, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Modular type Socket, 6A - 2/3 pin combined 2 module, multipurpose flush type, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix ceiling rose surface bakelite 65x50mm 3 terminals compete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair LED luminaire 600mm x600mm, 36 watt, 220 V AC recessed/surface mounted type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub-main wiring with two runs of 6 sqmm unsheathed PVC insulated, single core cable with copper stranded conductor drawn through and including suitable dia PVC conduit and conduit accesories fixed to wall/roof/floor and including one run of 6 sqmm copper earth wire and making good to the distrubed surfaces also matching the existing surfaces all as specified and directed. (Note: 2 runs of cable and one run earth wire and conduit will be measured as one length)

S&S Sheet metal enclosures for MCB distribution board 230 Volts single pole and neutral 16 way double door with 200 amps rated bus bar complete including flushing the DBs inside the wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces and also matching with the existing surface all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair MCB Triple pole and Neutral, 415 volts, 63 Amps, 'C' Curve, 10 KA, including disconnecting, taking down old/unserviceable, MCB Triple pole and Neutral complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 32 Amps, 240 Volts, 'C' Curve, 10 KA rupturing capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts, 'C' Curve, 10 KA rupturing capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation, testing and commissioning of Cassette type units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit , twin rotary compressor, single phase units 220V-240V, 50 Hz of capacity 2 TR complete all as specified and as directed including the following :- (a) New copper piping of size 1/4' with insulation - 5 Mtr . (b) New copper piping of size 3/8' with insulation of expanded polythene foam- 5 Mtr. (c) Communication cables - 6 Mtr. (d) Drain water piping - 10 Mtr.

Supply and fix single pole and netural encloser with a two pin and earth plug socket complete with one single pole MCB of 20 Amps.

M & L for cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth all as directed.

Supply & Laying of 32 mm dia non-metallic rigid PVC conduit with fixing accessories complete all specified and directed.

Dismatling of existing water pipeline of any size/type including making good the distrubed surfaces and matching with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down kitchen sink with drianage board with waste pipe & tap, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down wash hand basin with with pllar cock, angle cock, waste pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down looking miror, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Demoliton of cement concrete (unreforced) not exceeding 15cm thick below or above the ground level, complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down aluminium frame with glass from wall and removal to store from site complete all as specified and directed.

Demoliton of reinforced cement oncrete in ground floors of any thickness (below or above ground level), all as specified and directed.

Dismatling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, all as specified and directed.
