Supply only 4.0mm Sheet glass, selected quality, in squares n.exc. 0.5 sq. m each pane for Cabinets as metioned above.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling incling cement mortar bedding and backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises (outside the complex area) all as specified and directed.

Dismatling of granite stone slabs of any description and of any size laid, bedded and pointed in any cement mortar all as specified and directed.

M & L in repairs for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in kitchen platform and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with of pigment to match with shade of granite etc., including 20mm screed bed in cement mortar1:4 all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L of Screed bed of cement mortar 1:4 or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes all as specified and directed.

S&F of Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, etc., all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7mm thick 450 x 300mm size in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to the shade as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 finished rough and even to receive tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs sink with drainage board made of stainless steel l mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and as directed . Taking up or down GI tubing 20 mm bore from trenches/wall including all fittings segregated and stacking the pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of WPC door shutters for bathroom/toilet doors of tk 27 to 29mm with density 0.55-0.6kg/m3 or above, colour - ivory or brown, fixed to walls, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made uPVC white colour Sliding window Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Removing building materials etc.to a distance exc. 1.5 but n.exc. 5Km , including loading, unloading and disposing off from site promises.

After taking measurements, the contractor/ manufacturer shall prepare the requisite modular units in the workshop/factory and shall be brought and fitted at site.
