Material and Labour for modular workstation, with the following specifications (overall dimension of the workstation : 3000mm Length X 1200mm Width X 1200mm Height as shown in the drawings) 50 mm thick tile based MS frame with Aluminium Trim Partition of 1200mm Ht. with powder coating finish. (Grommet Hole above the table top), 50mm thick frames made out of MS CRCA sheet of thickness 1.00 mm with powder coated and top, sides fixed with Aluminium trims and junctions with PVC caps. Along with 25mm thick BSL PLPB Gable end above table top provided with 9mm fabric or writing tile on outer side and inner side of workstation. below the table top bottom tiles finished with 9mm Prelaminated tiles with approved colour. LEG (MS powder coated 40sq tube leg of 1.60 mm thickness), SKIRTING (To have MS powder coated skirting as per the company standard), Table Top (Table top made out of 25mm thick prelaminated particle board of width 600mm with 2mm thick PVC edge band finished as per approved) Computer Key Board with suitable tray (02 Nos) in each cabin fixed with screws to telescopic channel of suitable size (PVC Key Board Tray mounted below the table top), All the members connected to each other by means of stainless steel cleats/fixed with brass screws etc Pedestal with 2D1F drawers :- (Product Dimensions: 600mm(H)x400(L)x450(D) Primary Material: 18mm Engineered wood with 2mm machine edge bending Drawers: 2 Equal drawer 1 File drawer with 1 lock), fixed with screws to telescopic channel of suitable size , 75mm Stainless Steel Handles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (20 mm gradedcrushed stone aggregate) cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc. 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plaster rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces with two coats i.e. (10mm thick and 2nd coat 5mm thick surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of any description and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed..

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description in ground floor not otherwise specifically provided for and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and avg 15 cm deep and getting out soft/loose of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum getting out ,returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth, in layers n exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil,watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, fillings for posts and mass,concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hard core of broken stone of guage n exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone agg) as in PCC in hard standing etc. with , spike rolling ,or making impression of expanded metal, while the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate 75mm thick as in sub base for floor, finished even and rough to receive top layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed pre polished precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade over sand cushion with grey cement and no pigment and including side kerb concrete and removal of old unserviceable material and necc demolition and all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel work in framed brackets of angle or tees with web flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk of screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. n exc, 10 kg each bracket, and hanging also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Gde Fe 290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161-1998 grade St 240 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel plate plain, square cut or notched (ordinary or counter sunk), forming holes with riveted, bolted or welded attachement etc. and hanging also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Gde Fe 410 W (Gde E-250 Quality A) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer on new steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings or in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars,dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing complete in square n exc 0.50sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- An amount of Rs 91,795.00 on account of credit schedule for schedule 'A' part II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
