M&L for plain cement concrete (PCC) type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping/band and bed block etc incl necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, 1:6 type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm grared aggregate) complete all as specified.

S&F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shapes as directed, drilling holes notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165) complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screw end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, diameter of bolts 12 mm, length of bolt exceeding 5cm not exceeding 7.50 cm long, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or quare nut, not exceeding 5cm long dia of shank diameter of neck in 11 to 15 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link fencing made out of 3.15 mm dia galvanised iron wire of mesh of size 50mmx50mm made up to into mattress or cages complete all as specified .

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over of Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality A or Fe 290 (Gde E-165), cut to length , bent to shape required, including cranking, bending for hooping as in securing bar complete all as specified.

Supply only mild steel round bars 10 mm dia, Fe 290, Grade E-165, cut to length, bend to shape required and hooking ends for fixing to chain link fencing complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pin etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only barbed wire including restraininig & resecuring of existing barbed wire including making good staples etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in reapir concertina coil fencing of 600mm dia(in stretch position) hot dip galvanised mild steel wire, centre to centre barbs distance 48mm, thickness of strip 0.50mm, length of barb 10.50mm, diameter of spring wire 2.5mm, number of spiral (No of Turn ) 50/51 per coil, clips per spiral 15 Nos, weight not less than 8.50 Kg/ per coil (coil stretch lenght 6 mtr ), coated with CLR ante corrosive coating, making diamond shape with the help of devotail clips(18 SWG) and secured with barbad wire/ Iron angle with the help of hog rings(14 SWG), all as specified and directed.

M & L for framed work confirming to (Fe-410 Gde 250 quality A) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and uides) and hanging, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and uides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on walls in CM 1:4. finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with machanical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust ,loose paint etc by skilled labour and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of exterior wall primer using airless spary technology with max two working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray macine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying acrylic emulsion should be able to spray in hard to reach area and penetration of acrylic emulsion on the surface etc. byskilled labour as per manufacturer instructions complete all asspecified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls incl priming surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent plain colour sheeting fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall and angle iron etc

M&L Preparing old painted steel surface and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete wall surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of galvanized mild steel two strand barbed wire from all existing mild steel, RCC fencing post etc. complete all as directed.

Dismantling of fencing, wire mesh of any type and in any position by unscrewing nuts fillets, clamps complete all as directed.

Dismantling posts or strut (steel or RCC fencing posts) any section and taking out embedded portion (post embedded in natural ground) including making good to disturbed ground surfaces, complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc, complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed.
