Material and labour for second class hard wood plain solid, straight chowkats and frames wrought framed rebatted on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue, pinned at joints all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 2nd class hardwood factroy made plain framed panelled shutter, 35 mm thick, B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 2nd class hardwood glazed skelton shutter, 35 mm thick, open rebated, without sash bars complete all as specified in clause 8.24(a) of SSR 01, section8, for doors.

Material and labour for 2nd class Glazed and skeleton shutters 30mm thick, for windows/ventilators, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a), complete all as specified and directed.

Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm X 52mm), sliding sash (42mm X 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm X 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm X 28mm), Glazing bead (24.6 X16mm) will be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangment for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket , 1.2 +-0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm X 18mm) 2nos, sliding sash (30mm X 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm X10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm X 100mm long fateners, Hardware (Touch lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated),sttel roller system. stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 18/19 mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work as in wall / cub board shutters/selves and the like, etc includes dismantling boarding of any description fixed in any position complete all as specified

Material and labour for 6mm thick external teak wood lipping fixed to18/19mm thick block board or veneered particle board fixed with nails complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix extruded aluminium alloy butt hinges 100mm size with galvanised mild steel hinge pin type C-21 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section with length of bolt 200 mm and fixed complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Aluminium alloy sliding door bolts, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed (Length of bolt in 300mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Aluminium anodised Cast type handle of 150mm size complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Aluminium anodised Cast type handle of 100mm size complete all as specified.

Supply and fix for aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 micron) frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 micron) window/ventilator shutters, sliding type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing not less than 0.55kg/m including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, aluminium snap beading, screws etc compelte all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 4.8 mm thick sheet glass ordinay quality and glazing with aluminium beading, not exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane with and including wooden beading all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer or red oxide on new wooden surface of girth over 10 cm, including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.
