Disconnecting and isolating the compressor of Voltas 5H-120 model compressor from the system by putting dummy plates to suction and discharge valves, opening of the compressor, removing of internal parts, cleaning of the all parts throughly, replacement of minor spares like Thrust washers, O rings, minor parts like Nuts, Bolts etc reassembling back all the serviceable parts, removing of the dummy plate of the compressor, testing of compressor complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Spare parts other than minor sapres & consunable will be measured & paid seperately (ii) charging of compressor oil will be measuredn& paid separately.

Supply and fix the following spares for model Voltas 5H-120 compressor including taking down old unserviceable spare parts complete all as specified and as directed. Main bearing pump and seal end

Descaling of condensing unit of 120 TR capacity of air conditioning plants by circulating descaling agent (HCL) through the condenser by forced feed method, removing of the end cover of the condenser cleaning of each tube of condenser throughly by the brushing, refixing back the end cover of the condenser by removing of the rubber gasket, nuts, bolts, washers cleaning of spray nozzles, cooling tower cup, water line.strainer and testing spray nozzle working pressure all as specified and as directed.

Evacuation refrigerent gas from the system in to the empty cylinder of 120 TR capacity of air conditioning plants, leak testing of the plant with dry nitrogen (N2) pressure by seperating the entire system like low side high side, compressors, condensers and rectifing the leakage vaccummising, recharging of evaculated refrigerent gas, testing and brazing of cooling coil complete all as directed Note : (i) Supply of refregirent gas & consumable will be measured and paid separately (ii) Installed capacity of the plant to be considered.

Supply and fixing of the following pressure cut-outs including dismantling of unserviceable cut-outs all as specified and as directed Make- Indfoss / Danfoss. HP/LP Cut-outs

Disconnecting and removing the centrifugal monoblock pump set 3 phase 415 Volts from the existing position of 15 HP capacity of any make, transporting to workshop, opening up, check the pump winding, cutting and removing of the burnt out winding, rewinding with same size and gauge of copper conductor, insulating, varnishing greasing and replacing of ball bearing 2 Nos, reassembling, including cleaning, oiling, greasing of internal parts, replacing of worn out nut bolts, gland packing etc testing for proper functioning, bring back to site re fixing back in the same position including replacement of gland packing worn out nuts bolts etc, and testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note: Quoted rate is inclusive of transpotation of pump to & fro.

M&L for complete cleaning of ducts to create negative pressure in the duct system, by placing the same outside the occupied space by using variety of tools to agitate and loosen the dust, which shall be then drawn into the vaccum unit and contained therein. The cleaning should be done by using robotic video camera for cleaning the hard to reach areas, which are out of reach for most duct cleaning equipments. Access cutting can be made, if required and shall later be refitted with screw and sealant. All floors and furnishing where the work will be carried on shall be covered and complete care shall be taken to avoid any cross- contamination. Upon completition of work, the system shall be sanitized by fogging the ducts to ensure all mold and bacteria spores and foul smell is eradicated and the entire process shall be caried out with Air compressor with bib, pneumatic air whips and power jobs, Rotary brush Drum vaccum wit pipe, Negative Pressure creating machine and 10" hose pipe and Robo camera with control unit. All cleaning agents/ chemicals used shall be in accordance with the regulation and shall be certified for use in the respective system for the AHU ducts of existing system located at various floors in ADMC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M & L for servicing of chilled Water cooled type cooling coil of AHUs of existing capacity including cleaning of complete AHU and cooling coil with necessary chemicals/caustic soda liquid of required quantity, and giving final water wash and refixing the same, cleaning and drying of suction/disharge filters,blower and all accessories including replacement of connected canvas cloth of existing type between AHU and duct all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the compressor shaft and motor shaft by removing tyre coupling and other connected items and do the necessary alingment work of shaft for avoiding any misalingment with the help of dial Guage of Voltas 5H-120 model compressor from the system reassembling all the parts removing of the compressor, testing of compressor complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Spare parts & consummables will be measured & paid seperately .

TEST REPORTS : Certification :- Device should be ‘Type Approved’ as per the System and Procedure of Central Pollution Control Board for Emission Compliance Testing of Retro-fit Emission Control Devices (RECD) For Diesel Power Generating Set Engines, Dated 01/02/2022, wide Pollution Control Series PCLS/12/2021-22. Adhering to this, RECD to be ‘Type Tested’ for an equivalent kVA family as per the System and Procedure from any one of the four Central Pollution Control Board, Govt, of India, recognized / approved test agencies / laboratories

General Technical Requirements (GTR) / Commissioning :- a) Emission Control retrofit device shall be complete with safety precautions to ensure no damage should be done to the DG set operations under any circumstances. The Emission Control retrofit device should be closely coupled with the DG exhaust to ensure 100% of the exhaust passes through the Emission Control retrofit device. b) Anti-Vibration mountings shall be provided for complete Emission Control retrofit device in case of flexible coupling with the diesel generator exhaust. c) Emission Control retrofit device should have protection against under voltage, over voltage, under frequency, over frequency, low battery voltage, over current, earth-fault, short circuit, phase sequence change etc. d) The Emission Control retrofit device shall be with corrosion resistive and HR paint. e) Unloading and placement of the Emission Control retrofit device at the time of delivery is in the scope of buyer. The consignee shall ensure that the site is located along a motorable way. Contd/--50

Contd/--49 f) The seller shall provide the trial run (Testing) of Emission Control retrofit device. The seller shall conduct trial run of the Emission Control retrofit device with the available electrical load at site. The trial run shall be for TWO hours. The electrical loading shall not be more than the rated capacity of the DG set. g) Exhaust piping, extra civil work, distribution board shall be provided by the seller Scope of Installation :- a) Installation of Emission Control Retrofit Device when offered by the vendor is inclusive in the scope of supply and shall be done by the seller. The installation work of Emission Control Retrofit Device. b) Construction of suitable earthing station (if applicable) and necessary connections shall be done by the seller. Warranty/Service ;- 12 months. Number of preventive maintenance visits offered in a year during warranty period :- not less than 02 visits. DELIVERABLES, TIME SCHEDULE.
