M&L for complete cleaning of ducts to create negative pressure in the duct system, by placing the same outside the occupied space by using variety of tools to agitate and loosen the dust, which shall be then drawn into the vaccum unit and contained therein. The cleaning should be done by using robotic video camera for cleaning the hard to reach areas, which are out of reach for most duct cleaning equipments. Access cutting can be made, if required and shall later be refitted with screw and sealant. All floors and furnishing where the work will be carried on shall be covered and complete care shall be taken to avoid any cross- contamination. General Technical Requirements (GTR) / Commissioning :- a) Emission Control retrofit device shall be complete with safety precautions to ensure no damage should be done to the DG set operations under any circumstances. The Emission Control retrofit device should be closely coupled with the DG exhaust to ensure 100% of the exhaust passes through the Emission Control retrofit device.
b) Anti-Vibration mountings shall be provided for complete Emission Control retrofit device in case of flexible coupling with the diesel generator exhaust.
c) Emission Control retrofit device should have protection against under voltage, over voltage, under frequency, over frequency, low battery voltage, over current, earth-fault, short circuit, phase sequence change etc.
d) The Emission Control retrofit device shall be with corrosion resistive and HR paint.
e) Unloading and placement of the Emission Control retrofit device at the time of delivery is in the scope of buyer. The consignee shall ensure that the site is located along a motorable way.

f) The seller shall provide the trial run (Testing) of Emission Control retrofit device. The seller shall conduct trial run of the Emission Control retrofit device with the available electrical load at site. The trial run shall be for TWO hours. Scope of Installation :-
a) Installation of Emission Control Retrofit Device when offered by the vendor is inclusive in the scope of supply and shall be done by the seller. The installation work of Emission Control Retrofit Device.
b) Construction of suitable earthing station (if applicable) and necessary connections shall be done by the seller. Warranty/Service ;- 12 months.
Number of preventive maintenance visits offered in a year during warranty period :- not less than 02 visits.
