Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of water circulation system including all misc works complete all as specified and as directed. The water circulation system includes the following :- (i) Chilled water circulation monoblock pumps (2 working + 1 standby) of suitable capacity - 03 Nos (ii) NRVs of suitable size (iii) Butterfly valves of suitable size (iv) Pressure gauges (v) Y- Strainer of suitable size (vi) Insulated syntex buffer tank 2000 Ltr capacity - 01 No (vii) Water piping with suitable size from buffer tank to pump, pump to chillers, chillers to AHU's and AHU outlet to again buffer tank. All piping will be MS with epoxy primer, 19 mm thick nitrile rubber insulation, vapor barrier and 26 SWG Aluminium cladding to protect the chilled water piping from ambient condition and heat loss. Note: The vendor shall submitt general layout of equipments, instrumentation and process flow of complete system and get approval of GE prior to commencement of work.

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Air heaters with control system including all misc works complete all as specified and as directed. The Air heaters with control system includes the following :- (i) In 25000 CFM AHU heater capacity will be 72 kW (ii) In 12000 CFM AHU heater capacity will be 36 kW (iii) Air heaters is made up of 3/8” tube with GI fins for better heat transfer efficiency for winter condition (iv) All heaters are protected with over Heat protection (v) Temperature will be control by temp. controller by switching ON & OFF the air heaters.

Supply, lay and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvnized steel strip or wire armoured , electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts (earth) grade, of size 95 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Installation of Electrical LT Panel Board cubical type conforming IEC 61439-2 ,floor mounted, made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet an internal compartments with 2.0 mm thick sheet, dust and vermin proof duly powder coated with aluminium bus bars 600A capacity -4 nos.,set of 3 LED Indication lamps and comprising of following:- (a) MCCB 4 pole, 400 Amps, 35 KA breaking capacity thermal magnetic release with adjustable short circuit and over load current ratings -1 No (Incoming) (b) MCCB 4 pole, 250 Amps,25KA, ICu = 100% ICs, thermal magnetic release with adjustable short circuit and over load current ratings -4 Nos (for 3 Chiller unit). (c) MCCB 3 pole, 63 Amps,16KA - 2 Nos (for AHU Units) (d) MCB TPN, 63 Amps,10KA -03 Nos (for 3 Water Pumps) (e) Digital type Multi function meters 0-400 A-1No (f) Digital type ammeter 0-200A -1 No,(CT operated) with selector switch & CTs (g) Digital type Voltmeter 0-500V -1No with selector switch (h) MCBs - as required for meters and Lamps (j) Automatic DOL Starter for Pumps & Induction motors including of main contactor with, OLP, electronic Timer,Auxillary contactor for auto start with relay complete wiring with multistranded copper conductor (k) Single phasing preventers with phase reversal protection working on negative sequential current. Note :- (a)The quoted rate shall deemed to include for breaking of floors/walls etc including digging of trenches for removing of cables of loops and connecting to the new panel boards and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces. (b) The cost of PCC work for repair including increase of foundation by atleast one Feet if required from exisitng is inculded in the quoted rate. (c) The panel shall be fabricated from a reputed firm (CPRI Approved). (d) The contractor shall get approval of GA drawing of LT panel by GE prior to placing order

M & L for perforated cable tray of size 300 mm x 50 mm (WXH) of suitable length industrial type open slot cable reaceway special, cable management chgannel cord track to hide cable wire for run electric cable to further distribute with panel for necessary cable protection. Cable tray should be made out of min 2 mm thick rolled sheet should be fabricated and fabrication process shall include pressing, punching , slotting , drilling , welding extra including taking down existing cable tray complete all as specified and as directed.

GALVANIZED STEEL SHEET DUCTING : Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated galvanized steel sheet metal (G.S.S.) round / rectangular ducting of following sheet thickness having zinc coating of 120 g/m² total on both sides and complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, volume control dampers, hangers, supports, etc. as per approved drawings and conforming to the latest edition of IS 655: 2006 & HVAC Duct Construction Standards - Metal and Flexible of SMACNA along with required scaffolding work to install the ducts at site including necessary fixing accessories of MS angle iron rods ,clamps, bolts and nuts on wall/roof as applicable and leak testing complete of size 26 Guage complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and Installation of Thermal insulation of air ducting with with 15 mm thick Open cell Nitrile rubber Insulation of density minimum 43kg/m3, anti- microbial with EPA approved and fire performance to pass and suffixed using synthetic contact adhesive of approved make complete all as per specifications and approved drawings, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation, Testing and commissioning Acoustic insulation of supply air ducting with 19mm thick closed cell electrometric nitrle rubber with density minimum 43kg/m3, anti - microbial with EPA approved and fire performance to pass, class - 1 as per BS 476 part-7 and class O as per BS 476 part 6 and use recommended adhesives/SR 505 grade Fevicol and covered with 7mm thick chemically treated woven glass cloth having density 205+/- 10gram / sqm and affixed using synthetic contact adhesive of approved make and covered with 24G aluminium cladding for all exposed ducts complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of wall mounted digital temperature cum %RH controller (Digital Thermo Hygrometer) complete with large LCD, English display having operating voltage 24±10% V AC, 50 Hz frequency, ≤ 8 VA power consumption, 0.5 ºC temperature display resolution, 0.1% relative humidity display resolution, IP20 protection, etc. including battery and control wiring in PVC conduit from return air duct to AC Plant Room complete all as specified and directed. Make: Honeywell, HTC / Thermo-electric or equvalent

M&L for Earthing complete with copper plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick burried ndirectly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not lesss than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected with copper strip 20 x 3 mm thick by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and excavation & earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4), type B using (20 mm graded stone aggregate ), mild steel frame made out ange iron of size 40 mm x 40mm x 3mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetioc enamal paint with two coats of synthetic enamal paints over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with and including 6mm thicks CI cover with handle, watering arrengement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20mm dia medium grade pipe for watering, 40mm dia light grade GI pipe for lead protection in and including alternate layer of charcoal dust and comman salt complete all as shown in electrical plat no. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 1. The earth resistance shall not be more than 5Ω, in case of resistance beyond the specified limit, the contractor shall provide additional earthing in parallel with the existing without any additional cost. 2. Earth continuity conductor (strip) upto 7.5 mt from the earth plate electrode is deemed to included in the quoted rate and any length beyond the same shall be measured under separate item.

M&L for earth continuity conductor of size 20x3 mm copper strip or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling and transportation of the existing central AC Plant of capacity 3x48 TR including cooling tower, AHUs, ducting, water pumps and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed.
