Material and labour for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figure and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M S clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25 x 20 cm size complete all as specified and direced.

Supply and fix HT 11 KV, out door type gang operated air-break switch suitable for vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulators of rating upto 200 Amps including drop out fuse set complete all as specified and direced.

S&F lightening arrestors expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps for 11KV complete all as specified and direced.

S&F Expulsion fuse single pole capacity 25 Amps, 11KV complete all as specified and direced.

Material and labour for cement concreate 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and direced.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of pole or similar works, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and direced.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr connected to and including galvanized strip 25x4 mm as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles,check nuts and washers etc made of galvanized iron connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, pre cast slab 40mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 with 8 mm dia MS TMT bars reinforced at 10 cm centre to centre both ways including funnel with watering G I pipe wire mesh and lugs, protection G I pipe incuding test point, testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F and commissioning of 11KV HT metering cubicle of 3 mm thick of suitable size (sufficient to fix all parts & fittings) with 3 nos of CT ratio 15/1A with 2.5 VA , 0.2 Sec accuracy class and 03 nos single phase PT of ratio 11 KV/rt3 25 VA, 0.2 accuracy class with epoxy resin cast busbar embedded wall entrance bushing for both incoming & outgoing cables connected with alluminium bush bar of size 20x6 mm with 11 KV heat shrinking sleeves complete wiring , TTB , fitted with all hardwares, rubber beading, finished with exterior grade power coating after seven tank process and ETV meter with 01 nos. ETV meter with ABT features (unidirectional ) , DLMS protocol & TOD features as per BESCOM specification of 0.2 sec class accuracy of L&T or equivalent make as approved by GE and 01 no GSM modem with High Gain Antenna including following works complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) Indoor Resin cast single core current Transformers ( 03 Nos per metering unit ) (i) Ratio- 15/1A (ii) Rated Burden - 2.5 VA (iii) Acc class- 0.2 sec (iv) OCF- 150*1p for 1 sec (v) ISF - ≤5 (vi) lns. M & L for earthing with galavnized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr connected to and including galavnized iron wire of 4 mm dia as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, check nuts and washer etc made of galavnized iron connected to earthing test point through protection pipe light grade of 20 mm dia all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part - I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including earth work and excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C 1 chamber, pre-cast slab 40mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B 1 with 8 mm dia MS bars reinforced at 10 cm centre to centre both ways including funnel with watering pipe of 20 mm dia medium grade ,wire mesh and lugs, test point, cable connected with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables/errection of pole etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV type 1, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid flat across the cable length complete all as specified and as directed
