Incomer Breaker : (ii) MCCB 4 Pole,(adjustable type Ics=100% Icu) 400 Amps.- 01 Nos Outgoing breakers (iii) MCCB 4 Pole 200 Amps -03 No (iv) Ammeter with selector switch with CT ratio 500/5 Amps -01 No (v) Voltmeter with selector switch - 01 No (vi) LED indicator lamp Red/yellow/Blue colour - 03 Nos (vii) Platform for the feeder pillar board with PCC 1:2:4 15 Cm thick in foundation, Brick (Sub Class B) work in CM 1:6 ,rendering 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding on top and grouting legs of panel . The platform shall be of 450 mm height above ground level .

Supply,installation, commissioning an testing of LT Panel made out of 3.15mm CRCA sheet (outer shell) and 2mm thick (inter shell) CRCA sheet and duly embedded in the existing holow area of the wall and making good the disturbed surface and matching the existing area, weather/dust proof, factory made, IP-55 with openable doors on front powder coated over a coat of primer suitable for 440V, 3 Phase and type tested at CPRI for 35 MVA raturing capacity at 415 V factory fabricated and Aluminum bus bar of suitable size and capacity, AC supply, electrically connected as per norms and fitted including connecting up all out going MCCB/MCB with suitable size of Alu Bus bar or with stranded copper cable and fixing on suitableto accomodate comprising of the following accessories complete all as specified and directed. (i) Aluminium bus bar with proper colour code -04 Nos.150 Amp Cap duly fixed on suitable size insulator, nuts bolts etc complete as per OEM recommendations.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m deep for laying cables, foundation of poles, stays etc and getting out, complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for unwashed Sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with a layer of 8 cm deep before laying and 10 cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying complete all as specified. Note : maesurement shall be done after puning down of sand.

Supply and laying in repair of un-reinforced pre-cast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning in repair XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 sq.mm, 2 core laid in trenches/through GI pipe/fixed along with pole complete all as specified & directed

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning in repair XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100volts grade, cross-sectional area 95 sq.mm, 3.5 core laid in tranches/through GI pipe/fixed along with pole complete all as specified & directed Note -Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of schedule.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 06 mm burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtrs below ground level with top edge of earth plate a depth not less than 1.5 Mtr below ground level connected to galvanized wire 4 mm dia (earth lead) by means of check nuts and washer of galvanized iron,earth conductor protected by galvnised steel pipe 15 mm bore light grade and connected to main switch board, CI pit cover and frame duly painted with black bituminus paint, funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil incl PCC pit and testing after completion all as shown on electrical plate No-3 of MES Sch Part-I 2009. Note :- GI wire 4mm dia earth conductor upto 7.5 Mtr is including in the rate.

Supply and lay GI tubing, 'light grade' of size 100 mm ,with all fittings as in cable protection, laid in trenches all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting the tarmac / hard standings and excavating in trenches across the road for laying cable including making good the excavated portion by means of PCC 1:3:6, type C1 matching with the surroundings all as directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade single core conforming to IS-694-1990 and including one run of continous earth wire to common earth and connected to earth with 1.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable draw in conduit including CI/MS/PVC sunk boxes for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of adequate size for one light/fan/bell point controlled by one switch and making good disturbed surfaces with CM (1:4) to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 17 above but for 5 pin switch socket outlet 5 Amp on same board with other switches, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for point wiring with 4 Sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade single core conforming to IS-694-1990 and including one run of continous earth wire to common earth and connected to earth with 4 Sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable draw in conduit including CI/MS/PVC sunk boxes for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of adequate size for 3 pin switch socket outlet 15/20 Amp on independent board and making good disturbed surfaces with CM (1:4) to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair exhaust fan AC single phase 230 V of size 150 mm, 1400 RPM PVC body) with louvers shutter grey colour and connected with flexible cord of size 23/0.0076 stranded copper conductor PVC insulated of length not less than 0.7m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB Distribution board , 415 volts Triple pole and neutral double door, sheet steel, enclosure powder coated with 200Amps rated busbar with neutral link, 4 ways, TPN , fixed on wall duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board with electrical connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure powder coated DB for fixing of MCBs, SPN 12 ways double door, IP-42 protection with 200 Amp rated bus bar, 240 Volts including taking out of old MCB DB of any type/size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB TPN, 40 to 63 Amps, 415 V, 4 Pole, 10 KA, 'C' Series complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB SP, 6-32 Amp, 240 V, 10 KA,'C' Series complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB SPN, 6-32 Amp, 240 V, 10 KA,'C' Series complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated, FRLS unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable confirming to IS 694-1990 of size 6 Sqmm (nominal area) in existing conduit and continuous PVC insulated single core copper conductor stranded unsheathed 6 sqmm as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed (Two single core cable and one No earth wire shall be measured together as one length) and making good the disturbed surfaces.

Supply, fabricate, install with new cable gland and lugs on existing cable, testing and commissioning of Busbar Junction Box of suitable size, out door type double door, dust and vermin proof made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet mounting on MS angle iron 50x50x6 MM size , legs not less than 750 mm height, suitable foundation of 150 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C 2 with 100 mm offsets and panel board with front and back opening and locking arrangement compete two coats of finishing powder coated paint of approved shade over one coat of red oxide primer including oriental bus bar of aluminium strip 1000 amps for three phase 4 wire including the following accessories and fitted in : -(a) Incoming: (i) MCCB high breaking capacity 4 pole 415 volt 50 KA breaking cap adjustable thermal release range 400 amp of Make:HPL/C&S/Schneider/L&T/ Indoasian /GE /Havells – 01 No (ii) Digital type Volt meter & amps meter with suitable capacity of CTs,LED indicator lamp and other connecting accessoris all as directed by the Engr In Charge.

Supply and Laying LT UG cable 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed amoured, heavy duty, in trenches/walls/poles/passing through pipes with multistranded aluminium conductor including lugs /thimble /ferules connection, testing and commissioning complete of size 3.5 core 240 sqmm. Note: [i] Earth work, excavation sand cusioning, bricks for protection, GI pipe etc shall be measured separately under relevant items of this schedule

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm and 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth strip 32mmx6mm size, by means of bolts, nuts, check buts and washers of galvanised iron and 32mmx6mm earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40mm bore including provision 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 40mmx40mmx6mm with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering of suitable length placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, 15 CM alternate layer of charcoal and salt around all sides of earth plate with fixing arrangements, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre complete all as per plate No 03 of SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.
