Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces by power roller Exc 8 tonne & n.exc 12 tonne and M&L for provding 15 cm Soling thick (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and consolidated to required gradient and camber and rolled by 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 cm compacted thickness WBM (in two layers of 7.5cm thick each with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam with 4% binder content(Paving bitumen) aid/rolled and compacted to required radient and camber (consolidated thickness 50mm or less) all as specified and as directed.

Preparing Unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre and Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 6% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient all as specified and as directed. all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.8 above but bedded in lime or cement mortar all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling battens for tiles, shingles etc of any size including tilting fillets spaced exc 15 cm all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, embeded in conncrete including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete solid block masonry, exc 10 cm width, blocks cast in PCC 1:3:6, type C1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and setting in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed incl demolition of existing precast concrete articles all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or PCC block masonry or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair to potholes not exc 1 Sq.m each, including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth , making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (incl supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing black top surfaces by wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanningthe cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, and applying evenly priming / tack coat with bitumen primer at 5kg per 10 sqm complete all as specifie and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 penetration by weight of total mix laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient including preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen @ 5 Kg per 10 Sq.m using paving bitumen over existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: For design purpose min. binder content is specified as 5.5% for VG-30 grade bitumen and it shall not reduce under any circumstances. During design stage if binder content exceeds 5.5% no extra payment shall be made to contractor for excess use of binder all as per specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15cm thick, bllow or above GL all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exc 30cm deep and above 15 cm deep and getting in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m & depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rolled/ammed to true surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), 100mm thick, in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block glossy finish any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment all as specified and directed

M&L for Sand filling under paver including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing average 2.50mm thick road marking strips (reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe, heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface including cost of materials labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc to applicable specifications incl scrubbing out old worn out markings etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or grading 3 (50 to 20mm size spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required at site including scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and exc 50 mm and not exc 100 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content ( Paving Bitumen VG-30) laid or rolled and compacted to required gradient camber (consolidation thickness 75mm or less) etc incluing Power roller of capacity exceeding 08 tone but not exceeding 12 tone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of unsurfaced water bound macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer using 10 kg/ 10 sqm using paving bitumen over WBM surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing black top surfaces by wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanningthe cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, and applying evenly priming / tack coat with bitumen primer at 5kg per 10 sqm complete all as specifie and directed.

S&F road stud (cat eye) two way reflective of size 100x100x25 mm (min size) and max size according to manufacturer made with ABS material, scratch and abrasion resistant, micro plastic, temperature resistant body fixed on bituminous/ concrete surfaces of approved makes by GE all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 100cm out door convex Mirror (FCMO-100) made of Polycarbonate with fiber molded back water proof & weather proof including 1 pole and excavation PCC and covered complete as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and directed.

S&F Solar reflective Road studs (Cats-eye) (6 LED) of size 132(L) x122(W) 32mm(H),Aluminium alloy and PC body with reflective glass elements(white or red) in duo direction of make sun eye/3M/Protek or equivaent as approved, fixed on road with two component epoxy hardner and resin/HT nail as per manufacturers instructions etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F moorum/red bajri 75 mm consolidated thickness spread, rolled and consolidated in berms all as specified and as directed.

M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50 mm but not exc 100 mm.
