FIXED COST: Operation and Maintenance of Headworks @ Kere Tonnur:The work involves: Operation and maintenance of Electrical installations like pumps, motors, control panels, transformers and allied components including routine maintenance as per CPHEEO guidelines and manufactures manual / recommendation and maintenance of Civil structures such as Intakewell, Jackwell cum pumphouse, transformer substation at headworks near Kere Tonnur, including keeping pumphouses and premises clean, cleaning of valve chambers, providing lubricant oil for VT pumps and bearing oil for motors, providing grease, cotton waste, replacement of bulbs and minor electrical items like lugs, fuse wire, insulation tape, fibre termination boards, nuts and bolts etc and also painting MS items with anticorrosive black paint once a year. Also daily supervision of electrical installations and attending problems by an electrician and providing mobile phone to pumping station as per specification etc, complete with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer-in charge for a period of one month. ---- As per tender notification

Operation and Maintenance of Water Treatment Plant at Javaregowdana Koppalu: The work involves : Operation and maintenance of Civil structures in water treatment plant premises such as filter houses, chemical room, clarifloculators, alum dosage tanks, wash water tanks and GLSR other appurtances like Chlorinators, Clarifloculators, Electrical installations like pumps, motors, control panels and allied components, also including routine maintenance as per CPHEEO guidelines and manufactures manual / recommendation, providing security services, providing and dosing alum to maintain turbidity and chlorine and bleaching powder to maintain minimum residual chlorine as per CPHEEO norms at Water treatment plant near Javaregowdana Koppalu including keeping filter houses and premises clean, cleaning of valve chambers, wash water tanks and pure water sump periodically providing grease, cotton waste, replacement of bulbs and minor electrical items like lugs, fuse wire, insulation tape fibre termination boards, nuts and bolts etc and also painting MS items with anticorrosive black paint once a year. Also daily supervision of electrical installations and attending problems by an electrician and providing mobile phone to pumping sattion as per specification etc, complete with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer-in charge for a period of one month. ---- As per tender notification

Operation and Maintenance of Intermediate Pumping Station at Kuppalli: The work involves: Operation and maintenance of Electrical installations like pumps, motors, control panels, transformers and allied components including providing security service, including routine maintenance as per CPHEEO guidelines and manufactures manual / recommendation, maintenance of Civil structures such as pumphouses and GLSR including keeping pumphouses and premises clean, cleaning of valve chambers and GLSR periodically providing grease, cotton waste, replacement of bulbs and minor electrical items like lugs, fuse wire, insulation tape, fibre termination boards, nuts and bolts etc and also painting MS items with anticorrosive black paint once a year.
