004 - Epoxy bonding of new concrete to old concrete.

005 - Providing Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) including cost of all materials, labour and usage charges of machinery complete as per the direction of engineer in charge of work.

006 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement for Super structure of Bridges including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, lapping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancillary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification.

007 - Finishing with Epoxy paint (two coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On concrete work including preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

008 - Providing and fixing of FGRP(Fibre Glass Reinforced Polymer) Pultruded handrail madeout of Fibreglass material, Corrosion & UV Resistant in polyester resin with post height of 1000mm above walking level with GRP Base Plate of 200x100x120mmH at every 1500mm c/c distance between vertical post, consisting with top rail, mid rail & vertical post all of dia 50mm OD x dia 42mm ID FGRP Round tube to fabricate handrail at site including top rail, mid rail & vertical posts, FGRP Kick plate/toe guard of omega Shape size of 80mmW with high bending strength complete with 90 degree split type Elbows, GRP Split type 3 way connector, GRP Split type 4 Way connector as per site requirement, as per detailed technical specifications attached. The External color of the GRP Handrail will be yellow in special UV Resistant top Coat.The Material of GRP must be Fire Retardant meeting Flame Spread less than or equal to 25 & Smoke Density Index less than or equal to 200 type tested as per ASTM E84. The UV Resistance must be type tested as per ASTM G154 for 1500 hours (min.) where tensile & flexural strength shall not reduce by more than 10percent after UV Exposure. The Handrail must be type tested as per IS 4912 for 90kg load in any direction when post are fixed at 1.5 Mtr. spacing.The materials shall be tested for tensile strength Min. 300 N per mm2 as per ASTM D 638, tested for flexural strength for Min. 350 N per mm2 as per ASTM D790, water absorption of less than or equal to 0.6percent as per ASTM D570, Toxicity index and Zero Halogen As per NES 713 Toxicity Index less than or equal to 1.0. Also routine test of load bearing strength of the user to be conducted at site by the agency and it should be witnessed at time of Inspection by Engineer in-charge.
