KEA01 - We are inviting detailed quotations from experienced individual performers or event entertainment agencies for the provision of Clown and Joker entertainment services during the upcoming Dasara 2025 Exhibition, to be held over a 90-day period, tentatively from Start Date from 22-10-2025 to 31-12-2025, at Mysuru Exhibition Grounds. The scope of work includes deploying four clowns and two jokers per day to entertain exhibition visitors through interactive performances, walk-around acts, and stage shows. The entertainers will be required to perform for a minimum of six hours daily, typically between 3:00 PM and 9:30 PM, with occasional extended hours during special events or parades as scheduled by the organizers. Clowns are expected to engage the audience with family-friendly humor, balloon sculpting, juggling, face painting, and slapstick comedy, while jokers will perform theatrical acts, comic story telling, mime, and crowd interactions. All performers must be physically fit, crowd-friendly, and preferably fluent in Kannada, Hindi or English. They must have at least one year of relevant performance experience. clearly indicate availability in their proposal. Performing the above said performances from the date of inaguration of Dasara Exhibition-2025 to end of the Dasara Exhibition-2025. The organizing committee/Karnataka Exhibition Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning reason.
