Providing INTEGRAL CRYSTALINE Waterproofing treatment to the sunken portion of Toilets. Using Crystalline Slurry of approved make @ 1.4kg per SQM in two coats (0.7 kg per sqm per coat) conforming to ASTM C 1202 & DINV 18998 standards.Methodology:1. The first part consisting of grouting the porous slab area with non-shrink cementatious grout (if required).2. The second part consisting of treating the cracks and construction joints by routing-out to a minimum 20mm x 20mm groove and treating it with crystalisation Mortar. EPOXY BASED TILE GROUTING Providing epoxy based tìle grouting/joint filler for floors using Roff rainbow tile mate epoxy based which exhibits stain resistant, chemical resistant, hard wearing & impervious properties with a high degree of resistance to abrasion and impact. A groove of around 5 mm with a coverage of 0.22Kg/m*,nature of the compund is 3 components (Hardener, base & filler) of specific gravity 1.62 & mixing proportion is 1part of harener to 2 parts of base & 5 parts of filler material by weight.The mix consistency shall be smooth paste. The gaps shall be sealed effectively.Roff rainbow tile mate is an epoxy base joint fille compound which is self leveling & ready to apply grout which has propeńies like stin resistant, chemical resistant, hard wearing, non dusting & impervious properties. It is water resistant & does not ailow water to seep into the back of the tile and cause its dislocation. It firmly holds the tiles together to give a longer life to the floor tiles. The joint shall be offseted with self adhesive masking taps on either sides Of the joints with surface prepartation. Then the existing tile joint shal be grooved with cutting machine to depth of tile & Cement mortar joint upto the roof slab level (overall thickness of 40mm average), the groove shall be dust free removed using mechanical blower, then Roff rainbow tile mate shah be filled to these joints with a average of 0.22Kgs/m*.The colour of joint filler shall be matched as to the tile. Also application details shall be followed as per manufacturers specifications.Rate includes cost of all material, labour ,transportation, loading and unloading all lead and lift, hire charges of cutting, welding, gńnding machines and all other incidental charges etc... for successful completion of work & as per the directions of the engineer in-charge at work.

Providing waterproofing For roof slab & terraces 1. Water proofing to be done over existing terrace / wall surface. 2. cleaning the surface thoroughly to remove all the fungus , dust, dirt, oil or greasy substances. 3. Surface cracks must be filled with perma chemicals or polymer modified morter in case of wider cracks. 4. Apply one coat of perma bond ( diluted with water in the ratio 1: 1: 5, one part perma bond + one part white cement + five parts water ) Allow it to dry . 5.
