The required prior work experience for the bidder varies depending on the position. For Civil Works and electrical works, the experience required is as follows: - Project Manager: 20 years of experience - Deputy Project Engineer: 12 years of experience - Project/Site Engineer: 5 or 10 years of experience - Project Planning/Quality/Billing Engineer: 2 or 5 years of experience For Diploma holders, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with a reputed construction company is required. For firefighting system and fire extinguishers with signages, the main contractor should have successfully completed during the last seven years, - Three similar completed works each of value not less than 40% of the Estimated Contract Price Tendered (ECPT), - Or two similar completed works each of value not less than 60% of ECPT, - Or one similar completed work of value not less than 80% of ECPT. The value of executed works shall be enhanced by a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have executed at least one work of similar items of 80% or more magnitude, or two works of similar items of value minimum 60%, or three works of similar items of value minimum 40% individually.
