Dismantling Doors,Windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats archtrave, holdfast etc. complete and stacking with in 50mtrs lead.

Providing, erecting, fixing in position striking / removing and cleaning steel / timber leak proof shuttering & centering for form work including single/multiple staging at foundation, plinth and at all floors & levels and locations for all geometrical shapes in plain,curved surfaces of structural / RCC elements & including props, rails, bracings, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, all materials, labour etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Notes: i) For double/ multi stage shuttering design calculations and details / drawings for scaffolding shall be submitted by the contractor well in advance. Prior written approval of form work shall be obtained from Engineer in Charge, before commencement of work. ii) Area of form work in contact with concrete shall only be measured for payment and stop boards for construction joints will not be measured for payment. iii)The rate of formwork shall include all type of structural / RCC elements and all geometric shapes including circular and any other curved surfaces at all level and floors including single/multiple staging etc.

Providing Brick masonry in sub sutructure / super structure at all floors and locations using well burnt bricks 230mm walls shall be to correct line, level and plumb including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc. complete as per specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer in Charge.

With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D of approved brand SAIL, TATA STEEL and RINL only.

Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing brick masonary work manually/ by mechanical means including necessary scaffolding, stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead brought down from a height of 15metre as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting plastered /concrete surfaces with two coats of oil bound washable distemper paint of approved make and colour over a coat of approved cement primer including preparing the surfaces, filling with putty wherever required, scaffolding and cleaning etc, complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing 20 mm thick Cement plaster in two coats over external surfaces of masonry & concrete surfaces at all heights and levels to correct line, level, plane, plumb etc., finished smooth with neat cement finish, with water proofing agent @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers specifications, including preparing the surface, scaffolding, curing etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched Design Mix reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M-30 in foundation, plinth and at all floors & levels and locations conforming to I.S. 456-2000 and 13920 latest edition, using 20mm. maximum size downgraded stone aggregate and minimum cement content of 350 Kg/Cum including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing etc. all complete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge, for the following. Notes: a) All RCC works shall be controlled concrete unless otherwise specified and shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. b) The water tank work shall be as per IS3370-2009 latest edition c)The rates for RCC works shall be exclusive of cost of reinforcement and form work unless otherwise mentioned. c) All coarse aggregate to be 20mm maximum size and uniformly graded unless otherwise mentioned. d) For all RCC items, the rates quoted shall include the following without any extra cost to the Dept. i) Spacers to maintain clear cover for reinforcement. ii) Fixing at correct level and in proper alignment the inserts, pipe sleeves, pipe bends, fan hooks, other pipe specials etc.supplied by/ through the Department. iii)Cut out in slabs, construction joints etc. e)Test for concrete shall be done as per IS 456-2000 and the cost of the same shall be borne by the contractor

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position at all floors factory made Aluminium sliding/top hung/fixed/ adjustable louvered windows & ventilators with rivit joint of specified size, made of anodised matt finished storke powder coated aluminium section (extruded) , including for making exhaust fan frame work, handles of specified size etc, of approved manufacutres for following types with extruded sections of Jindal / Indal / Aluminax or other approved equivalent make of approved sections with size and weights as directed for frames and shutters (including wastages if any) confirming to relevant IS specifications with all approved anodised/powder coated aluminium fittings and accessories, latching fixture, 2/3 rollers with ball bearing of superior quality all as shown in the drawing including providing and fixing aluminium channel beading/glazing clips fixed with necessary anodised/powder coated screws, grouting the gap with sealant and including dismantling of existing window frame and shutter, glass and depositing same to dept store etc all complete generally as per drawing, specifications etc, all as directed by EIC.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment of the agency approved by department, including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, terraces etc mixing with water proofing compound as per IS : 2645:2003, with average thickness of 115mm and minimum thickness at drain point as 65 mm. Following works are included in above item. a) Applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm. of cement admixed with proprietary water proofing compound over the RCC slab including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying cement concrete using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 100 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement: 5coarse sand) admixed with proprietary waterproofing compound over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls up to 300mm height including rounding of junctions of wall sand slabs. c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietary water proofing compound. d) Finishing the surfaces with 20 mm thick joint less cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300mm square 3mm deep. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing 6 mm thick cement plaster at all floors, heights, slopes and locations on plane or curved surfaces to ceiling of slabs, chajjas including drip course, bands, beams, columns, loft slabs, staircases, fins, roof projections etc. Prepare the surface even and smooth to correct line, level, plane and plumb including scaffolding, curing etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Providing 12 mm thick Cement plaster over internal surfaces of masonry & concrete surfaces at all heights and levels to correct line, level, plane, plumb etc., finished smooth with neat cement finish, including preparing the surface, scaffolding, curing etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying, delivering, storing of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position at all locations & levels and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note: The cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor and binding wire shall not be measured for payment.

Painting plastered /concrete surfaces with two coats of exterior grade Acrylic emulsion paint of approved manufacture and approved colour and shade over a coat of cement based primer of approved make and shade, all as per manufacturer's recommendations and as per the approved sample including providing necessary scaffolding, cleaning the surface with water to remove all coating, dust, filling up cracks & crevices with approved putty, curing the surface etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge

5mm thick clear float glass

Structural steel work of approved make at all floors and locations in guard bars, grills, guard bars for windows, frames, pit / trench covers, cover bracket for slanting chajja , trap door, railing, balcony hand railing, hoisting hooks, smoke vents, gates etc. using angles, tees, flats, bars, chequered plates, sheets, pipes, ISMC and ISMB etc. of required sizes including supplying, cutting, fabricating, welding, erecting, making holes / chases wherever required and fixing / embedding in position in concrete / brick work / marble / granite stone with necessary hold fasts/stainless steel screws & rawl plugs by drilling etc.and finishing the concrete / brick work after fixing / embedding including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour on all exposed surfaces over a coat of approved primer etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing following thickness of clear float glass of M/S Triveni/ shree vallabh/ IAG/Modi guard/ Saint Gobin or other approved equivalent manufacture and fixing with Aluminium frame work (door/ window) including fixing aluminium channel beading and providing and fixing 2 way EDPM gasketing to ensure water and air tightness and neoprene cushions/ gasket accommadated in grooves, necessary bronze anodised screws etc, all complete generally as per drawings specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge
