S.I.T.E of 120 W LED Street lighting luminarie with pressure die cast housing and toughened glass cover (IP 66 protection) in existing pole/pipe for supply voltsge 100-270V AC, 50HZ. Luminarie shall be confirm to IS: 10322 part-5/section-3 and shall be omplete with all neccssary accessories as required(Make Havells,Philips,Surya, crompton, Bajaj only)

Supply of PVC/XLPE insulated PVC sheathed heavy dutty, armoured electrical cable with aluminium conductor for working voltage up to 1100 volts.(conforms to IS:1554, Part-1), 3.5 core 35 sq. mm (Make Havells, KEI, Finolex, R R Kabel, polycab only)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size not exceeding 35 sq. mm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioing,protective covering and refilling the tranch etc as required.

Supply and fitting of Outdoor stand mounted feeder panel with 63A TPA MCB inomer, 63amp TP contactor automatic switching of liuminaries, power tool control inommer outgoing terminal etc as requried.

Supply and fixing 6 amps to 32 amps rating, 240 volts, 10 KA,"C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc as required.(6/32 amps, single pole, DP)(Make Schneider, Legrand, Havells, Anchor, ABB only)

Earthingwith G.I earth pipe 4.5 mtr long,4omm dia includingmaccessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. With charcoal and salt as required

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. (2 X 3.14 X 0.145 X 3.04m + 2 x 3.14 x 0.12m x 1.79m + 2 x 3.14 x 0.1 x 2.22m) x 29nos. Street existing light poles

Supplying ,installation testing commissining of 1200mm(48") ceiling fan 3 blades confirming to IS:374:2019 Including wiring the down rods of standerds length(up to 30 cm) with 1.5sq.mm.FR PVC insuladed,copper wire suitable for 230v 50Hz, single phase supply etc. complete as required.

SOLAR PANEL IN ROOF TOP OF MECHANICAL OFFICE Supply installation ,testing commissioning of solar photovollaio grid corrected roof top plant confarming to MNRE specifications(a) Solar Photovoltaic Module manufactured in India, conforming to IS 14286/IEC 61215, IS/IEC 61730-Part-1, IS/IEC 61730-Part-2. Solar Photovoltaic Module conversion efficiency shall not be less than 16.5%. PV modules used in solar power plants/ systems must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years, (a) Solar Photovoltaic Module manufactured in India, conforming to IS 14286/IEC 61215, IS/IEC 61730-Part-1, IS/IEC 61730-Part-2. Solar Photovoltaic Module conversion efficiency shall not be less than 16.5%. PV modules used in solar power plants/ system must be warranted for their out peak wayy capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. (b)power conditioning unit (PCU) of 350-800 V DC Input Voltage range and 400V AC, Three phase,4 wire, 50Hz+/-2.5Hz output voltage suitable to generate AC. (c) Power with efficiency not less than 97%, total harmonic distortion less than 3% and suitable for ambient tempertature from 0 to 50 degrees C. The PCU shall adjust the voltage and frequency level to suit grid frequency. (d) Data Monitoring System complete with accessories. (e) Fixing of Array junction box & Main junction box with IP 65 protection and termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable along with glands, lugs and other accessories etc. as required. (f) Lightning and surge voltage protection. (g)Connection & interconnection by supply & fixing required size XLPE insulated copper conduction 1.1 KV grade connection armoured power and cable b/wn solar moduled main power cable to grid supply PVC unit along with supplying & giving of necessary channel/conduct lays and other accessories etc as required.
