The bidder is required to have experience in similar works, which includes any housing project or building works, for each of the last five completed financial years and the current financial year till date. The bidder should provide details of works underway or completed, including the value of the works. Specifically, the bidder should provide the total monetary value of construction work performed for each of the last five years. The bidder should have completed similar works worth Rs 30 Crores or more in the last 3 years. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned as a requirement. However, the bidder should have experience in similar works for the last five completed financial years and the current financial year till date. The bidder should also undertake that they will be able to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of work during implementation of work. Additionally, proposals for subcontracting components of the works amounting to more than 10 percent of the Bid Price shall not be permitted, except for specialized nature of work in which new emerging engineering methodology is proposed to be used with the prior approval of implementing agency.
