The bidder should have similar nature of work executed and participated in during the last 3 years, with a work completion certificate issued by the concerned authority. The required prior work experience includes having satisfactorily completed similar nature of work amounting to at least 50% of the Bid Value in one year in any of the last 3 Financial Years. The value is at least 50% of the Bid Value, and the percentage is 50%. Additionally, the bidder should have an Annual Financial Turnover of an amount equal to or more than the Bid Value in at least one year in any of the last 3 Financial Years. The bidder should also submit Liquid Assets/Availability of Credit Facilities of at least 10% of the Tender Value. Furthermore, the bidder should have necessary prior work experience with a work completion certificate, and technical personnel with adequate experience to be deployed on the proposed work.
