TUBULAR POLE Single Arm 1 Metre long

POLE ERRECTION Erection of C.C. pole upto 13 m in B.B:- Erection of matallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 greded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavtion and refilling etc. as required. 8.2.3 Above 8.00 metre and upto 11.00 metre

EARTHING Earthing with G.I earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (with charcoal or coke and salt) as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

LV/MV CABLE LAYING laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size not exceeding 35 sq.mm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

PVC/XLPE indulated PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured electrical cable with cable with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts.(Conforms to IS:1554, part-1) 25 sq.mm, 3.5 core

PVC/XLPE indulated PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured electrical cable with cable with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts.(Conforms to IS:1554, part-1) 16 sq.mm, 4 core

PVC INSULATED COPPER CONDUCTOR 2.5 sq mm ISI Marked, FR LS PVC insualted, single core copper conductor cable.

EARTHING FOR LIGHTING POLE Supplying and installation of pole earthing with 19mm dia 1.8 mtr. Long G.I. earth spike 750mm distance from pole at a depth of 250 mm below ground level complete with 10mm dia 50mm long G.I. nut, bolt, nuts and washers etc. as reqd.

FEEDER PILLER a. Incoming 1 nos. 40 Amps 4 pole MCB as per specification and each consisting following accessories : i. Phase indicating light shall be protected by 2 Amps MCB’s. - 3 Sets b. Bus Bars 1 nos. 100 Amps TPN+E (25 KA) Aluminium bus bars with colour coded heat shrinkable insulating sleeves - 1 Set c. Outgoings : i. 32 Amps 4P MCB, 32 Amps contactor, Astronomical Timer with 4 nos 10 Amps SP MCB in each outgoing- 2 Nos. ii. 32 Amps 4P MCB - 4 No. Necessary cable alleys, internal wiring, control wiring shall also be included in the cost of panel. Notes : i. All outgoing feeders shall have suitable range of following: * Three phase indicating lamps through protected by 2 Amps SP MCBs. * ON/Off indicating lamps through protected 2 amps SP MCB’s. - 1 Set i. All MCB’s shall be suitable for minimum of 10 KA (ICS) breaking capacity. ii. Suitable danger board shall be provided. iii. All bus bar section / backside panels shall have pad locking facility and hinged type door. iv. LED light shall be provide in each section of panel v. 9 W fitting with CFL lamp, switch shall be provided in each vertical section. Feeder Piller - as described above.

Installation of the lighting fixtures with all fixing accessories etc. as required.
