The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: + Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender. + Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender. + One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. * In case of composite works, the bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: + Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. + Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. + One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. * The bidder's work experience certificate should be issued by a government organization or a public listed company having an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years, excluding the current financial year. * The bidder should have done more value of similar work in the last three previous financial years and the current financial year up to the date of opening of the tender. Specific values and percentages mentioned include: * 30% of the advertised value of the tender * 40% of the advertised value of the tender * 60% of the advertised value of the tender * Rs 500 crore (average annual turnover of the public listed company) * 07 years (time frame for considering completed works for fulfilling credentials) * 90% of the present contract value (excluding the payment made for adjustment of Price variation (PVC), if any) for substantially completed work
