The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Substantially Completed Work: An ongoing work in which payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value (excluding the payment made for adjustment of Price variation (PVC), if any) has been made to the contractor in that ongoing contract and no proceedings of termination of contract on Contractor's default has been initiated. * Completed Work: A work that is physically completed and completion certificate to this extent is issued by the concerned organization but final bill is pending. * Similar Work: A work that is considered similar in nature for fulfillment of technical credentials. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: * 90% of the present contract value (excluding the payment made for adjustment of Price variation (PVC), if any) for substantially completed work. * The total gross amount already paid including the PVC amount (if paid), as mentioned in the certificate, shall be considered as the cost of substantially completed work. * The value of final bill (gross amount) including the PVC amount (if paid) shall be considered as the completion cost of work for completed work.
