The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - For tender amount more than 0.5 cr and upto 2.5 cr: - Project Manager: 5 years of experience, - Graduate Engineer: 2 years of experience, - Diploma Engineer: 3 years of experience. - For tender amount more than 2.5 Cr and upto 5 Cr: - Project Manager: No specific years of experience mentioned, - Graduate Engineer: 1 year of experience, - Diploma Engineer: 1 year of experience. - For tender amount more than 5 Cr: - Project Manager: No specific years of experience mentioned, - Graduate Engineer: 1 year of experience, - Diploma Engineer: 2 years of experience. The bidder should have completed similar works during the last 5 years, with a value of at least one work of similar nature not less than 50% of the estimated value of the work tendered. The completion should be not less than 90% as a prime contractor or duly authorized sub-contractor by the Employer. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 60% of the estimated value of the work tendered in the last five years for tender amounts more than 2.5 cr. The bidder should also have completed works with a value that can be used to calculate their available bid capacity, which is calculated as (AxNx2-B), where A is the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in anyone year during the last 5 years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one work of similar nature of value not less than 50% of the estimated value of the work tendered in the last five years preceding the year in which the tender is invited, with a completion of not less than 90% as a prime contractor or duly authorized sub-contractor by the Employer.
