Rural Works Department Tender

The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering construction works, specifically having executed and received payments for a total annual volume of civil engineering construction work in the last five years. They must provide information on the total annual volume of civil engineering construction work executed and payments received in the last five years. The bidder should have prior work experience in civil construction works and must have executed similar nature of works. For tender amounts more than 2.5 cr, the bidder should have completed similar works. To qualify for the award of the contract, each bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one work of similar nature with a value of not less than one-third (33.33%) of the estimated value of the work tendered in the last five years preceding the year in which the tender is invited. The completion should be at least 90% as a prime contractor or duly authorized sub-contractor by the Employer. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 50% of the estimated value of the work tendered in the last five years for tender amounts more than 2.5 cr. The bidder's available bid capacity should be equal to or more than the total estimated value of the works for which the bid is offered. The bidder's work experience and financial resources will be evaluated to determine their qualification for the tender, with a minimum qualification criteria that includes the bidder's available bid capacity being equal to or more than the total estimated value of the works for which they have offered the bid. The value of similar works completed is not less than one-third (33.33%) of the estimated value of the work tendered, and the percentage of completion is at least 90%. The minimum annual financial turnover is 50% of the estimated value of the work tendered.
