The bidder should have completed at least one similar work of value not less than 50% of the estimated value of the contract in the last five years. They should also have experience in civil engineering works of similar nature and size completed during the last five financial years, with a total value of civil engineering construction works completed in the last five years used to calculate the Assessed Available Bid capacity. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 641.96 Lac in any one year in the last five years and satisfactorily completed Civil Construction work of not less than 90% of contract value. They should have also completed a work of value not less than 50% of the estimated value of the contract, which is usually not less than one and a half times the estimated cost of the project. Additionally, the bidder should have executed similar electrical works and similar water supply/sanitary engineering works for a minimum amount as indicated in the Appendix. The bidder should provide information on the total monetary value of construction work performed for each of the last five years. The bidder should also undertake that they will be able to invest minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of work during implementation and have access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources facilities, certified by the Bankers, with a value of at least 10% of the estimated contract value, which is 42.80 Lac.
