The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works during the last 5 years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one work of similar nature, with a value of not less than one-third (33.33%) of the estimated value of the work tendered. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 50% of the estimated value of the work tendered, in all classes of civil engineering and construction works only, in the last five years. The bidder should also have completed the work as a prime contractor or duly authorized sub-contractor by the Employer, with a completion rate of not less than 90%. For tender amounts more than 2.5 cr, the bidder should have completed at least one work of similar nature, with a value of not less than one-third (33.33%) of the estimated value of the work tendered. The required prior work experience for technical personnel is also specified, with different requirements for different tender amounts. For example, for tender amounts more than 0.5 cr and up to 2.5 cr, a Project Manager with 5 years of experience, a Graduate Engineer with 2 years of experience, a Diploma Engineer with 3 years of experience, and a Technician with no specified experience are required. The value of similar works completed should be at least one-third (33.33%) of the estimated value of the work tendered, and the completion percentage should be not less than 90%. The annual financial turnover should be 50% of the estimated value of the work tendered. The bidder should provide information on their past work experience, including the year, name of work, name of employer, description of work, value of contract, contract number, date of issue of work order, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion, and up to date value of work done. The bidder is required to submit an affidavit from a notary regarding the employment of qualified and experienced technical personnel as per the bid document proposed to be engaged for the contract. The affidavit should be submitted as per Annexure-5, which includes details such as the list of technical personnel, their qualification, experience, and the number of technical personnel required for different tender amounts.
