Rural Development Department Tender

The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a prime contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume. Specifically, they should have: * Completed at least 52.93 M Length of single bridge work (with a minimum of 50% of the bridge length of the tender invited) as a prime contractor. * In case of Pile/Well foundation work, they should have completed Well Sinking/piling of at least 0.00 M (50% of Total Pile Length). * Completed work as a prime contractor in the same name and style over the last three years, with a value of at least 1.3 (in Rs. Lakhs). * Achieved a minimum financial turnover of at least Rs. 809.82 Lac (one and a half times the estimated cost of the project) in any one year. * The bidder should have a minimum of 10% of the Tendered/BoQ Amount as a credit facility from any Scheduled bank/Nationalised bank. The percentage of similar works completed is mentioned as at least 50% of the bridge length of the tender invited. The bidder should provide proof of completion of similar works during the last 5 years, with a list of similar works in hand. The bidder should also provide details of works in progress or contractually committed, and the total monetary value of civil construction works performed for each of the last five years.
