The bidder should have experience in civil engineering works of similar nature and size completed during the last five financial years. They should have satisfactorily completed Civil Construction work (not less than 90% of contract value) as a prime contractor, with at least one similar work of value not less than the amount indicated in the Appendix, usually not less than 50% of the estimated value of the contract in the last five years. The bidder should also have executed at least one similar work of value not less than the amount indicated in the Appendix, usually not less than 50% of the estimated value of the contract in the last five years. For specific types of work like building electrification and water supply/sanitary engineering, the contractor or their identified sub-contractor should possess the required valid licenses and have executed similar works for a minimum amount as indicated in the Appendix. The bidder is required to provide information on the total monetary value of construction work performed for each of the last five years. They should also provide evidence of access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources facilities, which is 10% of the contract value, certified by the bankers, with a maximum age of 3 months. To qualify for the award of the contract, each bidder should have, in the last five years, achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 732.38 Lac. The bidder should upload scanned copies of certificates in.pdf format, which include details of similar nature of works executed. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - At least one similar work of value not less than 50% of the estimated value of the contract in the last five years. - Minimum annual financial turnover of 732.38 Lac in the last five years. - Satisfactory completion of Civil Construction work (not less than 90% of contract value) as a prime contractor. - Execution of similar electrical works and water supply/sanitary engineering works for a minimum amount as indicated in the Appendix. - Access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources facilities, which is 10% of the contract value. Values and percentages mentioned include: - 50% of the estimated value of the contract. - 90% of contract value for satisfactory completion of Civil Construction work. - 10% of the contract value for access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources facilities. - 25% of the contract value for the minimum cash amount the bidder should invest during the implementation of the contract. - 732.38 Lac as the minimum annual financial turnover.
