The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having at least 10 years of experience in civil engineering construction. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work of value not less than 50% of the estimated value of the contract in the last five years. They should also have executed similar electrical works and similar water supply/sanitary engineering works for minimum amounts as indicated in the Appendix. The bidder's total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years should be provided, with a breakdown of the value of work performed in each year. They should also provide information on their work performed as a prime contractor. The values and percentages mentioned include: - A minimum annual financial turnover of 743.632 Lac - 90% as the minimum percentage of contract value for satisfactorily completed Civil Construction work - 50% as the minimum percentage of estimated value of the contract for similar work completed - 25% as the minimum percentage of contract value that the bidder will be able to invest as cash during implementation of work The bidder should have experience in civil engineering works of similar nature and size completed during the last five financial years and provide a certificate issued by a Government/Semi Government department. They should also submit scanned copies of certificates showing details of similar nature of works, work in hand, and machineries owned or possessed on hire.
