The bidder should have executed at least one similar work of value not less than 50% of the estimated value of the contract in the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 726.25 Lac in the last five years and satisfactorily completed civil construction work of not less than 90% of the contract value. The bidder should also have experience in civil engineering works of similar nature and size completed during the last five financial years. The bidder or their identified sub-contractor should possess a required valid electrical license and have executed similar electrical works for a minimum amount as indicated. They should also have a valid license for executing water supply/sanitary engineering works and have executed similar works for a minimum amount as indicated. The bidder needs to provide information on similar nature of works executed as per Format-I. The bidder should have completed similar nature of works, but the exact percentage is not specified. However, the bidder needs to provide details of similar nature of works executed as per Format-I. The bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of last five financial years of civil works, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant, but the exact amount is mentioned as 726.25 Lac for a specific condition. The bidder needs to provide an undertaking that he/she is able to invest a minimum cash amount up to 25% of the value of the work during the implementation of the contract, and also up to 10% as defined in the ITB. Each tender must be accompanied by a letter stating previous experience of contract work carried out by Tenderer with value thereof and with a testimonial form of the Engineer-in-charge under whom he had worked regarding the manner of his performance.
