The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a prime contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume. The required prior work experience includes: * Completed at least 1.3 times the value of the work tendered in the last three years. * Completed at least 11.50 M length of single bridge work (with a minimum of 50% of the bridge length of the tender invited) as a prime contractor. * In case of Pile/Well foundation work, completed at least 50% of the total pile length. The bidder must also have experience in works of similar nature and size for each of the last five years, with a minimum financial turnover of at least Rs. 319.13 Lac (which is one and a half times the estimated cost of the project) in any one year. The value of similar works completed is required to be at least 1.3 times the value of the work tendered, with no specific percentage mentioned for overall similar works. However, for bridge work, the bidder must have completed at least 50% of the bridge length of the tender invited. For Pile/Well foundation work, the bidder must have completed at least 50% of the total pile length. The bidder should also have a credit facility of 10% of the tendered/BoQ amount from any scheduled bank/nationalized bank. Additionally, the bidder's available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value.
