The required prior work experience for the bidder includes work completed as a prime contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last three years. The bidder should have completed work valued at 1.3 (in Rs. Lakhs) as a prime contractor in the same name and style. Specifically, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, at least 16.33 M length of single bridge work, with a minimum of 50% of the bridge length of the tender invited. For Pile/Well foundation work, the bidder should have completed Well Sinking/piling of at least 179.82 M, which is 50% of the total pile length. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum financial turnover of at least Rs. 494.00 Lac in any one year, which is one and a half times the estimated cost of the project. Additionally, the bidder is required to provide proof of completion of similar works during the last 5 years, and submit a list of similar works in hand, along with an experience certificate and an undertaking to invest a minimum of cash up to 10% as defined in the ITB. The value of works remaining to be completed and the anticipated date of completion should also be provided. However, specific percentages of similar works completed are not mentioned, except for the 50% completion requirement for bridge length and pile length.
