The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing specific categories of work(s) during the last 07 years. These categories include: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have completed works with values of at least 30%, 40%, or 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. Additionally, for subletting work, the subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required. The bidder is also required to have similar nature of work successfully completed within the last 07 years, and the value of similar work done in the last three previous financial years and the current financial year will be considered in case of multiple L-1 bidders. The bidder needs to provide details of the maximum value of construction works executed and payment received in any one of the previous three financial years or the current financial year, and the available bid capacity will be calculated using the formula: Available Bid Capacity = [A x N x 2] – 0.33xNxB. The bidder should have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years. The required prior work experience for the bidder also includes furnishing a list of works completed in the last three financial years, with details such as Description of Work, Organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, Date of award, and Date of Completion. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender - 40% of the advertised value of the tender - 60% of the advertised value of the tender - 35% of the value of the work to be subletted - Rs 50 lakh for subletting of work - 0 and 100 for fully imported and fully indigenous items respectively, as per the Make in India policy.
